Well, the first time I saw DAD, I attended the East Coast Premiere in Baltimore (that ticket was $100, which my aunt paid for). Then, the next three times, I saw it at the theatre down the road from my school, where admission was only $4 each time. The next two times, tickets cost $8.50, but my aunt paid for those two times. The next time I saw it with my uncle, who paid (and I can't remember how much the ticket was then...), and the next two times after that, $9.00 per ticket.

Agh, you're all going to laugh, and I mean *really* laugh, but I don't really like these new bands. I have heard Props music, and it is good, just not my cup of tea, I dunno, but still, quite good music. I like Classic Rock, for example, Queen, The Rolling Stones, Status Quo, The Animals etc etc. You can laugh if you want, I get it all the time:o. As as for where I am GWTGG, I'm in the UK, but you won't know where abouts, if I try to explain, we'll be here for ever! (Ok, its sort of near the border with Wales, if you know where I mean....)Originally posted by The Girl With The Golden Gun

You used to say live and let live.
(You know you did, you know you did, you know you did)
But if this ever-changing world in which we live in
Makes you give in and cry,
Say live and let die!
Live and let die,
Live and let die,
Live and let die.
and 4 any british ppl reading this thread, in honour of last tuesday (which i missed, doh!)...
See reflections on the water,
More than darkness in the depths,
See him surface in every shadow,
On the wind I feel his breath,

GoldenEye, he'll do what I please,
GoldenEye no time for sweetness,
But a bitter kiss will bring him to knees
You'll never know, how I watched you from the shadows as a child,
You'll never know how it feels to be the one who's left behind,
You'll never know the days, the nights, the tears, the tears I've cried,
But now my time has come, and time, time is not on your siiiiiiiide!

Dum-Dum-Dum-Dum!
Dum-Dum-Dum-Dum!
See him move through smoke and mirrors
Feel his presence in the crowd
Other girls, they gather around him
If I had him, I wouldn't let him out
Goldeneye, not lace or leather
Golden chains take him to the spot
Goldeneye, I'll show him forever
It'll take forever to see what I've got . . . .

You'll never know how I watched you from the shadows as a child,
You'll never how it feels to get so close and be denied,
Its a golden honey trap,
I've got for you tonight,
Revenge is a kiss,
This time I won't miss,
Now I've got you in my sights,
With a GoldenEye,
Golden, GoldenEye,
With a GoldenEye,
GoldenEye. (DUM DUM DUM DUM!)

Pack your face, save your case and your place in the ever after...
There hallowed halls are lined with walls that are cracked by the myriad's laughter...
Always wished they had gone back and rerecorded those lyrics.
Why did I call my dog Orpheus?
Cos he Offenbachs... Boom Boom

"Everybody's gone insane to catch a plane to make the heavens closer"
"They want the Kingdom, but they don't want the King, the want his throne"
"There is no time.... there is no time at all"
There must be somebody out there...?

Do you remember the evil bad guy henchman who fell out of an airoplane... mmm (not that that narrows it down much)
Do you remember he was always listening to his walkman... mmm
You don't... Oh you are just pretending.

Those particularly unique lyrics come from a song written by The Pretenders for The Living Daylights. And what a crack up of a song it was too. At the time I thought it was the most coolest, evilest song ever written in the history of music. I look back now and think "dear Lord", but hey it was the late eighties: Madonna was being material and had no fencing ambitions, Pierce was making The Fourth Protocol, Communism was crashing around our ears... it was a young and innocent time.
Did I mention I have a sick addiction to movie soundtracks..?
Where has everybody gone
I've got this feeling, going in my here on my own
Where is my support now
Where are my ranks so strong
Heh...
In this faceless crowd, where can I belong
Everybody's gone insane to catch a plane to make the heavens closer
They want the kingdom, but they don't the king. They want his throne
There is no time
There is no time at all
Funky eighties guitar
With great pleasure I sing your national song
Because you are beautiful and will soon be long gone
And the ashes of your memoirs will be stewn across the lawn
But what lyrics? What were these people on? Would that type of lunacy be allowed in the new infomercial Bond era?
