Excellent, well found and thanks for posting!

To my ears, that's definitely a different take of those various lines spoken by Waltz than we heard in the trailer.

My thoughts as well. Particularly "Welcome, James..."-- a much larger emphasis on the word "James."

That iSpot link is incredibly useful when it comes to tracking TV spots as they do it for the major studios Sony included. If Sony don't uploaded, they'll for sure have it.

Really glad I didn't post the version I have because it's not nearly as enjoyable to watch as the HD version. The shot of Bond approaching the bullet hole from the logos is great.

Well this isn't quite HD either, we have to wait till Sony (bother to) upload it for that....

The scene where Bond studies Obenhauser's face begs a great line like, "Remind me not to use your plastic surgeon when I get older." - if in fact that' scene is post whatever caused his face to require the CGI dots.

Hard for me to grasp how these spots are bring received by non-fanatics. I have concerns.

I am loving the direction SP is headed but it doesn't seem to be have the things that typically wow general audiences. Maybe it's the muted look, maybe it's the familiar story. I can't really put my finger on it.

I think it sells Spectre about as well as the Skyfall ads did.

Looks good to me. The shot of the helicopter above Mexico is stunning.

I'd say the marketing has conveyed that the film is seeking to walk the line between drama and pulp fantasy. That's a good mix.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to articulate what I'm feeling here. Perhaps it is how it's coming across more drama and less action. Once again, I'm not concerned about my enjoyment but the interest the general public will have. I would expect everyone on this site to be excited from what they see. Just wondering if the masses are equally excited.

Skyfall made $1.1B at the box office with this same team. You really think audiences are going to question the new film based on a few trailers or TV spots?

Probably not but Skyfall had a "bursting at the seams" build up with the Queen and the Olympics. We haven't approached a fraction of that...yet.

Great new footage!  And interesting, this other take of Oberhauser saying "Welcome, James".

Sounds like the line is pulled from the scene, this time round. Plenty of hall 'verb.

I love that American VO.

"Specterrrr."

And yeah the way Waltz says "Welcome, James" compared to the other trailers/spots is DRAMATICALLY different. Whole new pitch and speed to it, makes it sound very, I dunno...not as relaxed and confident as he did originally. Can't wait to find out what context it's in.

Do you think that's put to bed the "who says it" thread? From "Welcome James" through "you came across me....." to "what took you so long", it sounds like Christoph Waltz to my admittedly tin ear.

I love that Mexico City shot with the helicopter swooping in, and Bond looking at the ring. THAT's a classic way to transition into the titles....and maybe the SPECTRE symbol will come alive during the titles, the tentacles of terror out to get him!
