Plus, anyone who thinks they know the ending of SPECTRE probably don't really. It's changed a lot during filming.

I've often wondered if the Bond producers would dare end a film with an ambiguous conclusion - such as the end of the novel From Russia With Love. That said, there would be no problem with the four words in Call Billy Bob's post above. Just re-arrange and add a question mark - "Will James Bond Return?"
