Think we'll get a title leak beforehand?

They're so close now that I doubt it, but I guess it's possible. Given how often news leaks these days, I quite like the idea of not knowing until the big reveal on Thursday.

 

Me too. I hope it doesn't leak. I want to sit down and find out as they announce it.

Where has the promise of a title come from on Thursday?  All I am seeing so far is 'Announcement', which in the truest sense of the media tease, will probably announce not very much.

I think users on this forum have located the titles through online sleuthing a day or two in advance for the last two films. I specifically remember that was the case for QoS. I'm sure the domain is registered, so it's possible/likely that somebody will now be searching it out, and the title will leak a day or so in advance. If not, I'm impressed by the tight veil that's been kept in place - it shows they have learned much over the last few films.

Also, I'm told there will be short media interviews with the cast, so the TV channels should have those later in the day.

I'm interested that they are using the 007 Stage for this. The DAD and QoS press events were from Pinewood, but they didn't use the 007 Stage.

That's what I was thinking. Some kind of spectacular back drop for the photo call. It's a possibility, with there being no Q&A, something else for the journalist to write about too.

I'll be glad to go into this, hopefully, with no hints or clues about the title like 'Skyfall' had in the run up (even MGW acknowledged the leaks!) and just can't wait it's now so soon upon us.

I know that her name has been mentioned for nearly every Bond film in recent memory, but Deadline.com have thrown Monica Bellucci's name into the cast mix again in their report for the Bond 24 reveal...

Meanwhile back to the big announcement on Thursday.. If questions are going to be asked, I'm praying that we don't get too many face-palm-worthy ones like we had at the Skyfall press conference..

Journalist: "Question for Sam and the Producers...Can you explain how "Skyfall" relates to any existing Fleming property or story?"

 

Sam and Producers all at once: " IT DOESN'T!"

The only film I've seen with Monica is Shoot Em Up, so I don't know how good of an actress she is. I admit I was hoping for Emily Blunt (suppose there's still a chance she's involved). We'll know soon enough.

Great news, very excited about this! I'm still really hoping that it turns out to be a Fleming title. I hope we can already get some interesting story details aswell, but I doubt they're really going to give away much in interviews.

I hope not. She's been rumoured since Casino Royale was announced. It'd be like casting Penelope Cruz because she'd be an actress who has been rumoured for a while, plus she's not that good an actress.

Lea Seydoux - plus another Bond girl, who was originally stated as being British.

I also think there will be another major villain. My instinct is that Ejiofor and Waltz were not linked to the same role, and we still don't know the main villain of BOND 24. Idris Elba anyone..?

It's been all over the map this year. Longer, shorter. If it's anything like his hair was in September (which was a ways back), it'll be short, but a bit longer on top than it was in Skyfall.
