Good one.. I'd say Pam Bouvier would probably win...her reflexes and instincts are most likely a wee bit sharper than Jack Wade who looks like he's not had much active field duty in quite some time..

I'd say Tracy.. Chang was pretty useless at kendo, so why should he be any more efficient at shooting?

Oh yeah, we all know how absolutely bloody fantastic Tracy is at stopping bullets! Chang could have fired the bullet up in the air and it'd still hit her.
