DAD's para-surfing, for obvious reasons as stated above.
Some other scenes from other movies may also be "bad", but this one is just plainly embarassing. Nothing can make up for it (at least, for some other scenes, the technology at the time wasn't that good so they could not manage something better).

How about all the camera-cranking in TB?
I have to agree with anything from DAD. All the others, while crap, are products of their time. DAD is even worse because other films at the time were doing a much better job.
