-Barry had his jazzy version-George Martin shook it up with the funky wah-wah guitar
-Hamlisch had the disco-rific Bond '77
-Bill Conti's added trumpets a.k.a. Rocky
-Arnold had Moby's version
Which one's the odd one out here?

If David Arnold gave it a bit more 'Tomorrow Never Dies', I'd be happy for him to come back.

Anyone see the Sound of Cinema thing on BBC Four a couple of weeks ago? Pops into my head as we're talking about the Bond theme: Neil Brand analysed Barry's orchestration of the Bond theme and (quite bravely I thought) pointed out all of the additions Barry made to the Norman composition. Although I'm pretty sure I saw the word 'arranged' dubbed on at one point when he must've gone a bit too far and said and said 'written' or something like that!

Good modern Bond soundtrack, in my opinion. Love the lounge atmosphere particularly in tracks like 'Company Car', 'Driving to Paris', 'The Party I', 'Slap in the Face' and 'The Party II'.

Those three were written by Simon Greenaway & Sacha Collisson (AKA Aurora).

Heh. Poor ol' Arnold can't take a trick. There was the 'Casino' track in TWINE but I didn't think that was very interesting.
I'd like to hear some lounge in Bond 24, which I strongly presume will be scored by Newman. Think 'Old Dog, New Tricks'.
