Out of that list, well, it depends on the type of villain. "Father figure" opposing Bond - I'd go for Sir Ian McKellan. I always recall his performance in the US remake of "The Prisoner" - he was a rather creepy "Number 2".
Villain nearer Bond's age - Benedict Cumberbatch. i'm looking forward to seeing him in the new Trek film (Although his role in Trek, from what little I've gleaned from the trailers, seems similar to that of Javier Bardem in SF - renegade seeking revenge/justice on the powers that be. Perhaps when I've seen the film I'll be proved wrong.)
Although I'd like to see either of these two actors as a future Bond villain, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if the next one is someone we never thought of. Then again, with a top drawer cast in Skyfall, the pressure might be on to equal that in Bond 24.
There's one name I'd have added if he wasn't already otherwise engaged in the series - Ralph Fiennes. He might have made a good Bond villain if he wasn't Bond's boss now. Unless....... no, no, no, lets not even go there!
