I have played around with the old SPECTRE octopus logo, to reflect the new octopus from the ring.

To be precise, it's not an octopus any more like that. It's a septopus. 

Or a seven-arm octopus (Haliphron atlanticus) (Info here)

This is an early draft from the beginning of 2013, I found on my hard drive. At this time Rome as Bond loaction was on my wishlist. The photo I had taken in the "Via Venti Settembre" near the "Quattro Fontane" showes the "Ministero dell'Economia e of Finance". Daniel Craig was taken from one of the official "Skyfall" pictures. The DBS fits in perfectly in this scene. Then a bit of rain and the poster was done.
