In the books Bond obviously loves Bentleys, should this love be brought into the films? The car would have to be an updated version but not necessarily the latest version - as Bond's hobby is resurrecting old cars.

Or we could go with a vintage Jaguar. Glamourous british item also.
In any case, it has to be a stylish vintage car (i.e no recent Bentley).

If he drove the Continental GT Speed, which goes up to 205mph and has a horsepower of 616 it would look fantastic in a chase.

Possibly the only good reason to check out Neil Marshall’s film Doomsday is to see Rhona Mitra’s character put a 2008 Bentley Continental GT Speed through it’s paces. The car’s a natural fit for Bond.

The car’s a natural fit for Bond.
Only if he marries a footballer.

I’m going to have an image of that stuck in my head for the rest of the morning.

I wonder which he may choose:-

I agree with Roebuck, I remember Doomsday precisely because of those scenes with Rhona Mitra driving that Bentley.

A white Lotus for an undercover operation as Robert Sterling
Or this:
As Mr. Arlington Beech.
Or this:

Nice car, but a bit too ostentatious for Bond.
Arf!

Good grief.
For as many years as I can remember now, whenever Aston bring out a new car I say to myself, 'that is the most beautiful car they could ever design, indeed it must be unsurpassable.'....
...until they bring out the next thing of beauty.
Just gorgeous.

This, on the other hand, is the entirely different preceding model, the Virage:

Whatever model it is, it'd be nice to have a Bond car not painted silver or dark grey.
Tell that to Fleming!
