Due to an unforeseen, if ultimately forseeable, set of circumstances, I have decided to continue Just Another Kill on the normal fan fiction pages. It also gives me the opportunity to redux bits of it. Appearing soon, in order, up to and including ch.11, which is new.

It was great to re-familiarize myself with this novel - it has been quite some time since I last read it.

Chapter 11 builds nicely on its predecessors, reminds me why I don't like needles as well.

I eagerly look forward to chapter 12. I feel the story must be nearing the climax, but there are many pieces that will need to be addressed before the end.

Nice writing Jim. B)

Chapter 12 built suspense nicely - on both story lines. I thought Chapter 13 was a little on the short side. B)

I know I've asked this before, but is there really no chance that we could buy hard copies (printed and bound in, like, book form) from CBn, with all necessary disclaimers splashed across the pages and all proceeds going to IFP's favourite charity?

I mean, I know the answer so don't even bother to type it, but it's just frustrating being unable to hold the best Bond novel since COLONEL SUN in my hot, sweaty hands.

Couldn't wait until Monday evening and took an hour or so to finish this fine novel. I can say it was time well-spent.

The timeline and location had changed so much I had to go back to chapters 12 and 13 to make sure they hadn't been edited. Once I figured out I was right where the author wanted me, I was able to settle back into the story. Where I found the surprise that required the telling of the story to change in this way.

Quite a few twists were revealed, and a fitting end to the tale was told.

Excellent work, Jim. These 14 chapters represent many hours of effort and thought, and I appreciate it.

How interesting. Hmm. Send me a message - I won't tell, honest.

I am surprised no-one else is commenting on this piece. I will write a full review when I get time but surely I can't be the only one of a handful to have finished it?
