As for the way Fields was handled in QoS, that was absolutely botched. I remember reading an interview with Gemma where she mentioned that she was Bond's first woman following Vesper's death, and how the scene was supposed to represent this release of pent up angst leading to a mild bout of guilt on Bond's behalf afterward. I'm guessing this was scrapped because the idea of more angst and moping about loss would have dragged the film a bit lower. It would have given her character's death a bit more weight, though.

Now that would have been a bit more interesting/shocking/perverted than the Bond-Tied-Up-In-The-Chair scene! Aha ha!

Ok so I saw the movie again last night and I now think that we can chalk up up to three for Our James in SkyFall.

There's nothing to assume that Bond doesn't get to enjoy Eve after the shave. Look at her when she says "Old dog. New tricks"!

I would've liked to see a little more of the Turkish woman at the beginning, but all is well. Craig is definatlkey more like Fleming's Bond, the women come with the mission, he's a cold, sexual, masculine character and doesn't give a damn. As long as that's the Bond I'm seeing onscreen, and he's getting at least one beautiful woman, I'm content.

They definately want us to believe that Bond and Eve hooked up as their scene disolves into the next scene which shows fireworks going off and Bond going through th e dragon tunnel.

Indeed. Does his Turkish conquest have a name by the way?

Also Graham Norton said that Daniel's Bond has kissed 5 women in 3 films, while Roger Moore's 007 kissed 20 women. Norton said "5? I've kissed more women than that!"
