The entire Goldeneye sountrack (sans the Eric Serra end-credit mess), OHMSS or sometimes David Arnold's "Shaken & Stirred". The"looks" people give me at stop lights, there are no words for.

Ha! I know what you mean Miles Miservy about people giving you the 'look' when you're sat there, and this exiciting orchestral music is blaring out!

The score in the scene in "Thunderball" where Bond fights Bouvier in the pre-credits sequence is pretty good for one of those situations where you piss off a cross-dresser one night, and he/she is giving chase on your tail on the freeway. It could happen right? ;)

The Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace soundtrack, especially The Name's Bond, James Bond / Blunt Instrument / Dinner Jackets / You Know my Name / Time to Get Out / Target Terminated / Inside Man / Field Trip. There's also The Living Daylights soundtrack, like Air Bond and Inflight Fight. Also, Bond with Bongos from From Russia with Love really gets me feeling like Bond. If I had a G1 I would blast these everytime I drove. I still blast them on my stereo, though.

Nothing gets me feeling like Bond quite like this does.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vg6wj0KXfMk

Had to wait years for that track on a British album, bought the US version of the album in the 70s and thought it the best version of the Goldfinger theme ever - it finally appeared (I think) on the 10th Anniversary album.

Ha, good thread.
For me it's the synth-y score from Daylights, particulary the take on the Bond theme.
The View To A Kill main theme song makes me want to start laying into people like they're all assassins,

Three more years and I'm allowed back into Sainsbury's.

For me, it's been You Know My Name (CR), The Name's Bond, James Bond (CR), Company Car, Come In 007, Your Time Is Up (TWINE), James Bond With Bongos (FRWL), Bond Back In Action Again (GF), and now Skyfall (SF). I use a mix of various 007 soundtracks whenever I'm playing laser tag or having a Nerf War with friends.

Must admit, sheepishly, the Propellerheads track for TND in the carpark.

Cracking.

I'm ashamed to admit the first prang I ever had in my car (I've had a few, only some being my fault...) was listening to Come In 007 Your Time's Up from the TWINE soundtrack. I came off the M5 motorway too quickly to appreciate others may have slowed down in from of me and wham. Both cars written off, everyone was OK. I banned myself from listening to Bond in the car for a few years. I'm older and more mature now so I play them all a lot more. Also I now only own a 1.1 engined car (that starts to shudder around 70mph which is pretty much all anyone needs considering the speed limit) so I can't go too fast anyway.
I did remember being very peed off at a long tailback on e whilst listening to Let's Go Get 'Em (a bloody dangerous bit of music to listen to in a car) and I turned off the main road on a split second whim to get out of the long queue (like the classy French ladies do in their nippy-about-the-city Peugeots in car commercials) and it just happen to coincide with the moment the music turned back in to the main theme from the James Bond Theme - those opening stabbing notes - and it fitted my mood, my rebelliousness at beating the system by avoiding the queue using a side street, my reckless driving, it felt great. :) I swear if there had been a "road works ahead" sign I'd have just kept going and tried to jump them...

Reading this back I am clearly a liability to myself and other road users and should revoke my own driving licence, effective immediately.

Also has anyone else noticed that playing Bond car chase makes just reaching for the de-mister or rear windscreen wiper button just that little but more exciting? :)

At the moment this; The James Bond theme that should have been but never was: Makes me feel like Bond anytime, specially when I'm getting dressing into something Bondish (sleek suit and tie, know what I mean?):

Love your story Dan Gale - I can understand where you're coming from!

If you have a Bond soundtrack playing and the music hits an exciting, rousing moment and you're stuck in a traffic jam or traffic lights, you HAVE to turn the music off before you  start to break the traffic laws!

I've already mentioned Thunderball, but recently I've had the Skyfall soundtrack on the car CD player. The first track - Grand Bazaar Istanbul - certainly gets me in the mood.

Skyfall - It starts playing and I'm playing poker, drinking vespers and brushing off my suit after brutal fist fights with nameless thugs in my head.

I once drove 400 miles in about four and a half hours listening to Tomorrow Never Dies soundtracks for film, video game and Moby remixes.  I was lucky and didn't get a ticket or into an accident.  I'll stick with Moonraker or Octopussy next time.

For me its the OHMSS main theme, African Rundown (CR), The Name's Bond...James Bond (CR), Diamonds are Forever (DAF) and Underwater Mayhem/Death of Largo (TB). Love it anytime the 007 theme plays.
