Ooh, that's a tough one. However, I would say the montage title sequence as it's one of the best in the series.

Didn't Locque have a few, albeit very brief lines? Either way, I'd go with Locque. The way he kept popping up and then Bond coldly throwing him off the cliff was classic 007, especially for Roger Moore.

Miss Anders wasn't a very demanding role, but who can you conceive of who could have played Octopussy better? Her chemistry with Sir Roger was perfect.

It'll be later. We don't generally start to hear much until roughly one year out from release. I expect we'll hear something even later than April-May, but I'll go with April-May as it's the latest you put.

I think "I thought Christmas only comes once a year" is more cringe-worthy, however, "I think he's attempting re-entry sir" is definitely cheesier. (Although 2004's Everything or Nothing has an even more cringe-worthy line than either)
