Voldemort's wand would be a good idea. More people would know of it.
Which scenes did you enjoy more in OHMSS;
The montage title sequence OR Bond packing his things in his office?

Ooh, that's a tough one. However, I would say the montage title sequence as it's one of the best in the series.
Who should play Loelia Ponsonby, should she ever appear on screen:
Jenna-Louise Coleman
OR
Carey Mulligan
?
Posted 16 August 2013 - 04:24 PM
Have to go with Carey Mulligan...
Who was the more memorable Bond villain that never uttered a single line of dialogue... Emile Locque in FYEO OR Patrice in SF ??
Posted 16 August 2013 - 06:57 PM
Didn't Locque have a few, albeit very brief lines? Either way, I'd go with Locque. The way he kept popping up and then Bond coldly throwing him off the cliff was classic 007, especially for Roger Moore.
Julian Glover as Scaramanga
OR
Christopher Lee as Kristatos
?
Posted 18 August 2013 - 10:08 PM
Ooh..I would have liked to see Christopher Lee as Kristatos..
Bond villain henchmen mix and match... Mr. Wint and Mr. Kil OR Mr. Kidd and Odd Job?
Posted 19 August 2013 - 06:04 PM
Mr. Kidd and Odd Job. Hm, I wonder which one of them is the bottom?
Best Bond girl alternate casting?
Tanya Roberts as Tracy Bond
or
Denise Richards as Tracy Bond?
(Hi Eric!)
Posted 19 August 2013 - 06:18 PM
Nooooooooo!
Damn your eyes, glidrose. Yeah, I think in that situation Odd Job might as well change his name to On Top!
Okay. I'll be a good sport and play ball. Denise Richards as Tracy Bond. Even she is a better actress than Tanya Roberts. Only the marriage is off, Bond hits it and quits it in this alternate version of OHMSS.
This is your lucky day. You get to eliminate an entire actor and their series of 007 films.
Roger Moore no more
OR
Pierce Brosnan bye-bye?
Posted 19 August 2013 - 10:28 PM
Pierce Brosnan bye-bye.
Not Bond related but:
Who is more full of s***:
Ryan Dempster for claiming he didn't intentionally throw at A-Rod
OR
Girardi for saying Dempster should be suspended
?
Posted 20 August 2013 - 04:25 AM
Girardi for saying Dempster should be suspended, because I'm a Red Sox fan, and even though I hate Dempster, Girardi is an even bigger piece of work.
BOND LOCALE FACE-OFF:
Russia
or
San Francisco (just because the Red Sox are playing the Giants in SF at the moment)
Posted 20 August 2013 - 04:32 PM
(GO SOX!!)
Still think Russia is the better Bond locale... though the Golden Gate Bridge in AVTAK made for a great fight scene..
Bond title song mix-ups.... Adele doing Nobody Does It Better OR Carly Simon doing Skyfall ??
Posted 21 August 2013 - 04:52 AM
Carly Simon doing Skyfall.
Connery in OHMSS OR Brosnan in TLD and LTK?
Posted 21 August 2013 - 06:43 AM
(GO SOX!!)
No Dove, please no.....Go Yanks!
Connery in OHMSS
Diana Rigg as Domino
OR
Claudine Auger as Tracy
?
Posted 21 August 2013 - 04:11 PM
Claudine Auger as Tracy would have been quite interesting indeed..
Jonathan Pryce as General Koskov OR Javier Bardem as Franz Sanchez ?
Posted 21 August 2013 - 06:49 PM
Bardem as Sanchez.
Izabella Scorupco as Xenia
OR
Famke Janssen as Natalya
?
Posted 22 August 2013 - 05:13 AM
Izabella Scorupco is just so lovely I can't see her as a villain so, Famke Janssen as Natalya.
Which Maud Adams role did you like better; TMWTGG or OP?
Posted 22 August 2013 - 11:17 PM
Now here's a this-or-that I can get behind!
Miss Anders wasn't a very demanding role, but who can you conceive of who could have played Octopussy better? Her chemistry with Sir Roger was perfect.
Would you like to see a film based closely on the novel of TMWTGG
yes
or
no
?
Posted 23 August 2013 - 02:19 AM
No, it was a weak novel that translated into a weaker film.
Carey Lowell as Kara Milovy
Or
Maryam d'Abo as Pam Bouvier
?
Posted 23 August 2013 - 05:08 PM
Carey Lowell as Kara Milovy
Sean Connery in Live and Let Die OR Roger Moore in Thunderball?
Posted 23 August 2013 - 08:38 PM
Connery in LALD. Moore would have been out of place in TB.
Tanya Roberts as Dr. Christmas Jones or Denise Richards as Stacy Sutton?
Posted 26 August 2013 - 02:39 AM
*shudder* well if I have to choose...
Tanya Roberts as Dr. Christmas Jones I guess..
Guy Hamilton directs Dr. No, FRWL and TB OR Terence Young directs Goldfinger, DAF, LALD and TMWTGG ??
Posted 26 August 2013 - 03:45 AM
Terrence Young directs GF, DAF, LALD and TMWTGG.
Duran Duran sings the title song to TLD
OR
a~ha sings the title song to AVTAK
?
Posted 27 August 2013 - 08:15 AM
Have to go with Duran Duran singing 'The Living Daylights' - the song is good but just lacks a bit of oomph, so they could have given it some!
Will the tone in 'Bond 24' be....
The same as 'Skyfall'
OR
More wittier and tongue-in-cheek, to Craig's standard
??
Posted 27 August 2013 - 07:58 PM
The same as Skyfall.
Tina Turner sings "Tomorrow Never Dies"
OR
Sheryl Crow sings "Goldeneye"
?
Posted 28 August 2013 - 07:37 AM
I love both but would prefer Sheryl Crow singing 'GoldenEye'.
Will the James Bond films survive into 2030?
YES - New actors, new production, new fans - it will keep on going as normal, like it did 50 years ago
OR
NO - It's strong now, but with recent studio problems and uncertainties, Bond films will slow down after Craig's run.
??
Posted 28 August 2013 - 04:25 PM
YES - New actors, new production, new fans - it will keep going as normal.
Estimated month time span in 2014 when we'll start getting the really juicy details of Bond 24's production.. Sometime in Jan or Feb, after Sam Mendes has launched his production of King Lear OR sometime in April-May?
Posted 29 August 2013 - 06:08 AM
It'll be later. We don't generally start to hear much until roughly one year out from release. I expect we'll hear something even later than April-May, but I'll go with April-May as it's the latest you put.
Patti LaBelle sings "Licence to Kill"
OR
Gladys Knight sings "If You Asked Me Too"
?
Posted 29 August 2013 - 05:35 PM
Good one,seawolf...I'll go with Gladys Knight singing "If You Asked Me Too"...
Which was the cheesier, double-entendre line spoken in a Bond film..."I thought Christmas only comes once a year!" in The World Is Not Enough OR "I think he's attempting re-entry, sir! " spoken in Moonraker?
Posted 29 August 2013 - 10:34 PM
I like both lines.
Posted 30 August 2013 - 07:20 AM
I think "I thought Christmas only comes once a year" is more cringe-worthy, however, "I think he's attempting re-entry sir" is definitely cheesier. (Although 2004's Everything or Nothing has an even more cringe-worthy line than either)
Sheena Easton sings "Nobody Does it Better"
OR
Carly Simon sings "For Your Eyes Only"
?
Posted 04 September 2013 - 05:16 PM
Sheena Eason singing "Nobody Does It Better"
Blofeld-mix ups...Telly Savalas' Blofeld in You Only Live Twice OR Donald Pleasence's Blofeld in On Her Majesty's Secret Service ??
