NOW I'll vote for TND. LTK was just too damn nasty.

For everyone who picks on Denise Richards and Halle Berry, for having had the unmitigated audacity to get themselves cast in Bond films:

Who was the least convincing as the one who got 'too close for comfort':

Tania Mallet

Britt Ekland

Tanya Roberts

Teri Hatcher

Denise Richards

Halle Berry

or

Eva Greene

Halle Berry - lacking and sort of style and decour that James Bond would be atracted to, rather than just sex as he made quite clear in 'DAD'.

What was a factor in Pierce Brosnan losing his way as James Bond:

The overtly sexual and at times innuendo-filled content of his discussions and quips to the Bond girls, more so than normal

OR

His aging, and grunts, groans and strained facial expressions

Think it's probably more of his aging, although the over-use of the Roger Moore'esque puns and innunedos, particularly in Die Another Day, didn't help his cause one bit.

With all the press hounding poor Sam Mendes about Bond 24 tidbits while he's trying to get Charlie and The Chocolate Factory rolling along, are you...worried that he might back out of negotiations entirely OR, Nah, I feel he's still got a genuine interest in doing B24, he just doesn't want to be rushed?

I get the feeling he just doesn't want to be rushed but I also feel like he is playing the field seeing what other offers come his way as he does his theater project.

Last one before I recycle another idea: TND or QOS?

I go for 'Quantum of Solace' - the story is simple and the action is great, and has a winning performance by Craig and Kurylenko. Shame we don't see her in her underwear thuogh like Paris Carver....

With debate raging here, will Craig's 4th Bond film...

Be bigger and better, in story and scale, than 'Skyfall' - the 'Thunderball' to 'Goldfinger'

OR

Be a dissapointment and start to lose the winning forumla - the 'Moonraker' to 'The Spy Who Loved Me'

Bigger and better. Bond 24 will kind of be a fresh start with everything already established and hopefully straight to business with Bond on a mission.

Do you expect to see a DBS car chase in Bond 24 or feel it is not necessarily going to happen?

I expect to see one. It's nothing new, granted, but something expected and it can be done in a fresh and new way visually I think to make it seem new.

'Casino Royale'. Is it...

OVER-RATED due to the massive hype in a new Bond and a new direction, but on analysis it's too long and a little disjointed

OR

SPOT ON to deliver the right balance of Bond action and story, with a good story development and character use

SPOT-ON...enough said! :D

Which do you think is / was the more challenging scenario for the producers? Convincing Sam Mendes to sign on the dotted line for Bond 24 (and maybe Bond 25) OR convincing Sean Connery to return as 007 for Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again?

Re-recruiting Sean.

Sam Mendes doesn't resent EON and is perfectly willing to work for them again, schedule permitting, and not just for the money.

Worst cars to be product-placed in a Bond film:

AMC Hornet/Matador

Citroen 2CV

Lada

Ford Mondeo

Ford Mondeo. That scene would've been the perfect time for Ford to market the (at the time) newly re-introduced Shelby GT 500, but instead had Bond drive an ugly sedan. Boo.

Better DC line:

"Will that be shaken or stirred?" -- "Do I look like I give a damn?!?

OR

"Somos maestros en un sabbatico, y nos ganamos la lotteria."

I'll go with the line from QOS. It gives us a taste of some of Craig-Bond's humor (which is always appreciated).

Which line would you rather have in a Bond movie, if you could only choose one:

"Vodka Martini. Shaken, not stirred." etc...

OR

"The name is Bond, James Bond." etc...

Have to go with the "Bond, James Bond" line...it's far more iconic in my opinion. Besides, we made it through several films without the "vodka martini, shaken not stirred" line, particulary in the Roger era where he order different drinks in order to avoid comparison with Connery.

Brosnan's MI6 allies...Colin Salmon as Charles Robinson OR Michael Kitchen as Bill Tanner?

This is a tough one as I enjoyed both but, I'm going with Colin Salmon as Charles Robinson! I really liked his character...

License to Kill opening title sequence

'The Living Daylights' - retains the feel of previous sequences more than the strange 'Licence To Kill' one that failed to capture the tone of that movie.

Which song worked best to compliment the film:

'The Man With The Golden Gun' for 'The Man With The Golden Gun'

OR

'You Know My Name' for 'Casino Royale'

??

Tough one. You know my name is great but I would have to say TMWTGG because its more specific towards the films plot.

Will Bond 24 end on the Bond theme for the 5th time in a row OR will there be a ending credits song?

I think we'll have a new ending song. CR, QoS and SF were all about Bond's character arc and setting up the prequel storyline. I think with Bond 24 (especially if that persistant rumor about 24/25 being a 2-parter becomes true) we will have a different ending song and Bond 25 will end with the Bond theme.

Will Bond 25 be Daniel Craig's swan song as Bond

OR

EON will entice Daniel Craig to do at least 3 more films ending with Bond 26 or beyond

?

I think EON will talk him into doing maybe 7, as long as Bond 24 & 25 make bank. I wouldn't mind that either.

Would rather Sam Mendes return to direct but have to wait to 2015 or 2016 OR someone else direct but it comes out by the end of 2014?

Someone else direct and it comes out in 2014. Mendes did well, but let him work on his stage commitments.

Which film would you rather eliminate from the Bond canon:

Dr. No

OR

Goldfinger

?

GF. Might as well keep the original.

Which action scene did you enjoy more in SF; the skyscraper battle or the casino pit fight?

I'll go with Sean Connery in The Property of a Lady for both the artwork and film.

Brosnan in Zero Minus Thirty

OR

Dalton in Icebreaker

Timothy Dalton in 'Icebreaker'.

Was the 'Moonraker' disco version REALLY that bad?

YES - It was out of place for a James Bond film and didn't make any sense, and shouldn't have happened

OR

NO - Certainly not, it sounds really good and actually has a great arrangement to it, almost better than the original

No - it was not out of place, as MR was filmed in Brazil, where they Samba whether disco's in style or not.

For those who don't agree, which do you prefer:

'disco' style MR end theme

or

'Experience of Love' at the end of GE

?

disco style MR end theme. A perfect end to both MR and the 1970s decade of Bond films.

Better "also-ran" casting:

John Gavin as Bond and Raquel Welch as Tiffany in DAF

or

Burt Reynolds as Bond and Catherine Deneuve as Solitaire in LALD?

John Gavin as Bond and Raquel Welch as Tiffany in 'DAF' - I couldn't have the Bandit as Bond, never.

Regarding where it led us to seeing it first on film, what sequence would you choose to go back about 15 minutes to find out how we got there?

The Istanbul laptop hard-drive recovery operation in 'Skyfall' before Bond appears in the appartment corridor

OR

009 acquiring the Faberge Egg in 'Octopussy' before we see him fleeing the circus and hunted down

I'd rather see Patrice attacking Ronson and his men and stealing the laptop's hard-drive..

Suppose it was another "J" name that Fleming chose for Bond, rather than James... Which would be more suitable... Jeffrey Bond or Jonathan Bond ?

Better Bond actor/Bond girl/Bond villain trio:

George Lazenby/Diana Rigg/Telly Savalas

or

Roger Moore/Barbara Bach/Curt Jurgens?
