London cab driver for sure. He'd know all the quickest routes for the best price!

Instead of James Bond spawning 23 films, a global franchise and multi-billion dollar success in an alternate timeline, which other film character does instead...

AUSTIN POWERS - 23 films, and 8 different actors playing him. Films all based on spy novels and films, spoofing as much as possible and going strong even though each one practically is one big running joke.

OR

ETHAN HUNT - 23 films and 4 actors playing him. Each one pushes the limits of escapism for action films, crossing the globe and featuring bigger, louder and more explosive stories and cliched actors in villanous roles.

The women of The Living Daylights..

The Bond theme for "Skyfall"...do you hope the main melody is played by : The traditional twanging guitar, like the Connery-Lazenby,Brosnan and Craig films OR strings version like most of the Moore films?

Hmm..both have the pros...but I think maybe a strings version like most of the Moore films, as they were very powerful at times and beautifully orchestrated. 'Skyfall' does sound more a dramatic, tense film so that could lend a powerful ballad to the theme.

If James Bond has to plug a device during 'Skyfall' on the plane back to London, what would you rather see him using and talking about -

A Kindle e-reader - Thousands of his books at the tip of my fingers. Q would be proud.

OR

An iPod - Getting away from the noise of the real world for a few hours in his music selection.

Have to go with Thunderball (1965) / Never Say Never Again (1983)...I would NEVER attempt to mix the '67 Casino Royale with the true '06 version..hah!

More eager for Skyfall because...Well, as Bond fans we are generally excited when ANY new Bond film comes out OR it will finally get people to move on and stop bitching and whining about Quantum of Solace (yes, it did have flaws but by NO means is it the worst Bond film ever..just my opinion) ?

I go for that as Bond fans we are generally excited when ANY new Bond film comes out...BUT I do hope for the latter too, because 'Quantum' wasn't a bad Bond film at all and it needs to be archived into the series now, for all the doubters to move on and let it go...! Hopefully 'Skyfall' will provide new meat to sink teeth into!

Bond is forced to take control of a runaway vehicle during 'Skyfall' that he has to operate himself while taking on the bad guys. Is it...

A steam train - Bad guys on the rails, the roof and side lining in a car - the train needs to get to where it's going without derailing!

OR

A passenger jet - The pilots are out, the bad guys are on board and this jet needs to be grounded safe!

Gotta go with the steam train scenario...

A cross-over character from the Bourne films who should appear in a future Bond... Joan Allen's Pamela Landy OR David Straithairn's Noah Vosen ??

Hmm..both are a little flat at times, but I'll go for 'For Your Eyes Only', as I can take Kristatos over Greene anyday.

If a character from 'Dr.No' was brought back for subsequent Sean Connery Bond films, who would it be...

Jack Lord as Felix Leiter - The same actor, appearing in 'Goldfinger', 'Thunderball' and again in 'Diamonds Are Forever'

OR

Ursula Andress as Honey Ryder - Appearing in place of Sylvia Trench in 'From Russia With Love' and Domino in 'Thunderball' (her brother would be featured still, killed by SPECTRE)

More acceptable form of Skyfall / Bond 50th anniversary product merchandising, should there be any: A James Bond brand of coffee or 007 brand of vodka?

If a character from the Roger Moore era came back for Daniel Craig. Would it be...

Quarrel Jnr - The man who still shares Bond's hairbrush and helps Bond no end.

OR

Frederick Gray - The MoD who is never far from M's side, and knows Bond is the best agent they have.

Which would you rather do for the 50th anniversary, saying you could ONLY do one of the two: Go on an island tour of Jamaica and see Ian Fleming's home and various Dr. No filming locations OR Switzerland tour of Goldfinger and OHMSS locations?

Nice. It'd have to be...Go on an island tour of Jamaica and see Ian Fleming's home and various Dr. No filming locations. See where it all began for the literature and cinematic Bond!

Same style of question - A once in a lifetime 50th Anniversary day out at one of the James Bond locations. Would it be...

A day from 'Octopussy', where you can wine and dine on the steam train used in the film's finale for a few hour as it steams along the countryside, and then watch an evening performance of a world famous circus troupe in a fitting James Bond themed event.

OR

A day from 'A View To A Kill', where you visit the San Francisco Fish market, tour City Hall, ride in a fire engine around the streets and take a walk over the Golden Gate Bridge, seeing if you can spot any airships as you do.

BOTH! But on the whole: Intriguing. It's actually refreshing there is this level of secrecy and security for a Bond film. It feels more serious as a production, and like the crew really don't want us to know anything before they want us to, and that's helping keep the excitement there and all the speculation that we're in for a treat, not just a typical movie where things leak all the time and it's over before the film is released. I like it...drip feeding us bits as they go!

'Skyfall' Teaser poster:

LOVE IT - Classic iconography of the classic Bond films. Minimalistic, teasing and very classy. Excellent.

OR

HATE IT - Looks like Fan Art, and no hint of anything 'teasing' about the film. Boring.

LOVE IT, though initially I wasn't too crazy about it... It absolutely does the job as a teaser..love the stone-cold, hard looking effect of the gunbarrel/tunnel!

The typical "James Bond Will Return" slogan at the end of "Skyfall"...should it: appear just after the final shot of the film before the credits roll, like TWINE OR at the very end of the credits, lik GE, CR and QoS?

Are we, as Bond fans...

HARD TO PLEASE - Nothing, no matter how good it is, will TOTALLY satisfy us, and we can pick holes in literally every aspect of the 007 franchise.

OR

EASY TO LEAD - Anything, and everything, revolves around James Bond and we won't hear a bad word said about the franchise and find the good in everything, defending it to the last.

Does the thought of a £130 / $79 James Bond 600 page book...

EXCITE YOU - What could they possible include for that price that we've not seen before?! It's going to be a revelation with so much we don't know about! This will be the milestone 50th Anniversary trinket we're after!

OR

DISGUST YOU - How dare they charge so much for such an extensive book that probaly uses knowledge and pictures we've seen used to death. Cashing in on the 50th by far!

Meh...as a total Bond geek, I'd have to go with EXCITE YOU...Ok, the book better have some stunning stuff and be of high quality to justify the price.

The Skyfall Teaser trailer...does it: play out close to how you were picturing the various scenes in the movie as we got tidbits of filming news OR does it pleasently surprise you with looking different than how you were imagining it to be? (for me the shot of Bond outside the floating casino is pretty damn close to how I was imaginging it in my head..)

Safe to say we get ripped off over in the UK Pussfeller!!!

Back for The Dove's question, I have to say pleasently surprised with looking different than how you were imagining it to be. After all the set pictures and what-not, you do tend to follow positive/negative comments and find yourself swayed before you actually see something on screen. Daniel Craig looks the best he has done yet as Bond, as we were all worried he started to look a little old and weary! And the sheer scale of the shots took my breath away..every scene was a picture perfect shot and I wasn't expecting so much, so soon!

In a nutshell, does the 'Skyfall' teaser trailer...

WORK - Bond is back, and he's looking mean, moodier and glorious then ever...

OR

NOT WORK - Nice idea, but executed wrong. We should have had a bit more Bond music for one...

'The Living Daylights' by A-ha, hands down. 'Licence To Kill' didn't work for the theme / tone of that movie, and is very drab for Dalton's finale.

Weakest (as in style/motive/threat) Bond villain:

Georgi Koskov (The Living Daylights)

OR

Dominic Greene (Quantum Of Solace)

??
