Am I the only one with that problem? The main page and board index seem unaffected by this.

I figured it'd be best to re-enable the forums, in a 'readable' state, rather than have no forum at all.

Glad to see it back, but you are correct - this is nasty looking!
Agreed. The default skin for the forum (grey text on a black background) does look a bit rough, but that's a very minor issue IMO, but a big thanks goes out to those who have worked on this for the past few days, as I can't imagine it being a very easy task at all.
I will say, though, that I LOVE the IP Board skin for the forum. Having the option of a lighter theme for the forum, with black text against a white background, is something I've long wanted to see on this site, so a big thanks for this option.

Nice to see the forums back, though!
I trust the site issues will be resolved in time.

+1 to you, sir. I switched to the IP skin as soon as I read your comment, and it is very good.I will say, though, that I LOVE the IP Board skin for the forum. Having the option of a lighter theme for the forum, with black text against a white background, is something I've long wanted to see on this site, so a big thanks for this option.
The difference is that MI6 fundamentally altered its forum mechanics, and became awkward to use. CBn hasn't done that.this is like what happen to Mi6 forums when they decide to change too...now cbm.net is doing the same thing....it hard to see the post

On the other hand CBn has provided a great service to the Bond community for years, so I think people will understand it can't be available 100% of the time. Don't bust a nut during the holiday season fixing up something that can wait.

Also, it all looks a bit bloated now - it was all so much more sleek and efficient in the previous guise. Not given to so much wasted space.

I switched to the IP.Board skin, and it's all good. I even appreciate it much more than the previous one.
... and with the number of posts now appearing clearly just below the member's ID, I just realised how little I have written so far!
