Confirmed on the official @007 Twitter feed just now:

I speculated elsewhere that Helen McCrory could play a younger Judi Dench in flashbacks, or M's daughter, there's more than a slight resemblance there. No idea about Ola, well he's European and good looking, so, villain.

There's so little to go on we could speculate until the cows come home.
And there seems to be an assumption that Ralph Fiennes is playing a villain. Again, we don't know for sure one way or the other. He's "rumoured" to be playing a dark, complex character, but that could easily be someone on "our" side not averse to using the other side's methods. And that character could be a successor to Judi Dench as "M" rather than a re-booted Blofeld. Or neither.

I seem to remember Bardem saying things about villains not being villains in the traditional sense, and there was the "who says villains are bad people" remark at the presser - lends credence that atleast one of the "baddies" may not be bad in the Machiavellian sense

I expect they'd just get Finty Williams to play a younger M.I speculated elsewhere that Helen McCrory could play a younger Judi Dench in flashbacks, or M's daughter, there's more than a slight resemblance there.

But would she want to play the role of her own mother?I expect they'd just get Finty Williams to play a younger M.I speculated elsewhere that Helen McCrory could play a younger Judi Dench in flashbacks, or M's daughter, there's more than a slight resemblance there.

He's already said that he hasn't heard anything from EON. But I'd much prefer that EON made a film without rather than shoehorning Felix into the plot for the sake of it.No Jeffrey Wright?

Yep. Which is precisely what Deaver did in "Carte Blanche".But I'd much prefer that EON made a film without rather than shoehorning Felix into the plot for the sake of it.

Helen McCrory will play moneypenny. she has the perfect appearence for the role...
Mmmm. I don't wish to be rude about the lady in question but she's quite 'mature' looking for her age (officially she's the same age as Craig but appears older) - I'm not so sure that's how Moneypenny would be cast, unless they're changing the relationship with Bond completely but in which case why reintroduce her at all?

I do wonder if there's something in this; given that Fiennes role appears to be little more than a somewhat cheeky cameo, what if he only appears in flashbacks as a character it's implied is Blofeld and Helen McCrory as the younger M went up against him in some way?

McCrory's a bit too beautiful to be Bunt, to me... and, yeah, Rapace definitely screams "henchman".
Maybe not henchman in the traditional sense, do we have "henchmen" anymore? Perhaps he's one of the sub-villain types like Obanno or Dimitrios. But given his physicality, can definitely see him as someone Craig has a scrap with...
I'm sure Babs took note of this:

I'm gonna put my money on McCrory being Moneypenny..and she already has reddish hair anyway
Not sure how you can possibly dismiss McCrory by considering her too old for Moneypenny! Maxwell opposite Connery from DN onwards and Bond opposite Brozza hardly scream young-chick infatuation. Both are similar age to Bond and, I suggest, of similar attractiveness toward their Bond as McCrory is to Craig.
And she's more likely to be up to reprise the role for however many Bond's Craig has remaining.
McCrory is Moneypenny.

As for Ola Rapace, he just screams "generic henchman".
