The death of an MI6 asset in Lisbon, draws James Bond into a web of intrigue.
Something is missing from Buckingham Palace.
Something which could destroy the Monarchy.
Whatever it is, 007 must ensure it never surfaces.
It and all involved must be eliminated.
Absolutely.

Sir Peter Marwick, the Prince of Wales's Principal Private Secretary.
When researching for this character, I discovered the real Private Secretary's name was more bizare, so I went back in time to discover his ancestors were part of a company of solicitors, hence the new name.
By the way, anyone who knows the demeanor of our very own national treasure - David Starkey, will understand how easy it was to write for this character.

Do you have specific dates that you release it? Are you writing the entire novel and then releasing it or chapter by chapter...cant wait whenever it is ready
The opening chapters will be released for Christmas. They tie in to A SECRET TO THE GRAVE and are stand alone. View them as a pre title sequence.
The novel will be released one chapter per week, there after.
Thanks for your interest, you won't be disappointed!

"It's Miss Gugglet. But my friends call me Juliet" Juliet extended her hand. The French accent moulded the words into little erotic whispers that poured from her mouth.
Bond toyed with the smooth velvet sound of her voice.
"Gugglet" He pronounced it almost perfectly, his accent hinted of Breton. The word sounded like 'Juggler'
"Juliet Gugglet, now there's a name to conjure with"

As far as ‘super models’ went Elodie Douro was talented in the extreme. Her beautiful face seemed to radiate happiness. She was fresh and wholesome. Her lapis blue eyes had a quality of trust and love which humbled the most cynical of photographers, and a body that made the ‘airbrush’ artists redundant.

The new format has a black background. This makes reading quite difficult. I have played with a couple of different font colours.
Please let me know if it's readable.
Also all the paragraph indentations are removed. So sorry to all you purists out there.
...Still I hope you get a Christmas kick start with the first chapter. It is a stand alone piece and ties off the loose ends fro A Secret to the Grave.

Very good....when will chapter 2 come?
I'll let all the other Christmas stories thrill you all before hitting you with Chapter two.
But here's a little teaser
The corpse was still hanging from the beam. The face, although swollen was still instantly recognizable as MI6 agent Edward Blake.
Corrine viewed the corpse with detached vision, her eyes then scanned the room looking for clues.
“Looks like suicide” Lopez said, breaking the tension in the room.
Corrine ignored the remark “Thank-you Inspector; we will take over from here”
“I will wait outside” Lopez gave a small bow and turned away “Please call me when you have finished. I would like to remove the body before the other tenants come home this evening”
“We’ll call you when we are ready; thank-you Inspector” Corrine opened her briefcase and began to put on her latex gloves.
Secretly Bill Tanner was very impressed with the way the new MI6 agent was turning out.
On the bedside table a blue envelope sat in isolation. Corrine looked at the addressee ‘Sir John Green’
“It’s addressed to M” She picked up the envelope and dropped it into an evidence bag.
