So, we've now had, participating - myself (x2), Mr Big (x2), QOS007 (x2), Captain Tightpants (x2), dinovelvet (x2), coco1997, tdalton (x2), connerystoupee1983 (x2), ianfleming23 (x2) and Mr Blofeld (x2). That's nineteen fields filled in one more and we'll be on our third turn round! I know coco1997 has gone to San Diego Comic Con, so his net access the next few days might be intermittent.

Have had to remove the reference to an action sequence in your setting, QOS. Sorry.

LOCATIONS

11 Pre-Titles Location: Taipei, Taiwan
12 Location 1: London, UK
13 Location 2: Canberra, Australia
14 Location 3:
15 Location 4: An irradiated amusement park in central China. It was once a part of a nuclear testing ground to study falout patterns in the event of a thermonuclear strike, but has since been abandoned and is now used as a dumping ground for people who are made to disappear. It is one of the most contaminated sites on earth; spending three hours within it unprotected is enough to kill a man.

KEY PLOT POINTS

17 Villain's Plot: After discovering that a shift in tectonic plates could cause a land bridge to form between China and Taiwan, the villain, in league with rogue Chinese factions, plans to raise this land bridge and allow an invasion of Taiwan by communist forces.

See HERE for elaboration on the plot as stated above.

18 Pre-Title Sequence Action Sequence/Stunt: The gunbarrel opens on a long shot of the island of Taiwan, then cuts to a luxurious suite in the Grand Hotel in Taipei -- a marble bathtub overflows with bubbles that run across the floor and soak into an already sodden carpet. M is on the phone to Bond who stands in the nearby bedroom, wearing just a terrycloth bathrobe. As Bond slips the Walther into the pocket of the bathrobe, he listens to a rather well-chuffed M, who is very pleased at the uncovering of the plot to bankrupt the country. British Intelligence have brought Faust into imprisonment, and the PM sends his highest thanks to the secret agent and the corporate spy -- and wants to convey these thanks in person. Bond tells M that his datebook is full for the next couple of days, but can he possibly fit the Prime Minister in Wednesday next? M frowns as Bond hangs up -- and slips into the luxurious bubbles, now tastefully naked as he joins Yvonne.

YVONNE: "Who was that?"
BOND: "M; he wants me to bring you in."
YVONNE: "...and in the meantime?"
BOND: "Oh, just that I ought to take down your particulars..."

Bond leans in for a kiss as the pair descend beneath the horizon of bubbles --

BOND: (faintly) "...and what fine particulars they are."

A delicate feminine laugh trickles up from Yvonne, ending in a traditional "Oh, James"... but, suddenly, a hard pair of hands reaches down and forces Bond's head under the water! Yvonne's head pops up from under the bubbles, and she screams in horror, grabbing Bond's terrycloth bathrobe to wrap around herself as she backs out of the water. 007 struggles within the tub, but finally holds his breath and bites the wrist of one of the hands -- the owner of said hands screams faintly from above the water, and he lets go.

Bond erupts from the bath, ready to face his attacker -- Murik. He has survived Faust's attempts to kill him, and now wants revenge on 007 -- but is momentarily distracted by Bond's nakedness. Bond uses this to his advantage; as Murik stands in shock, muttering, "Really?", 007 lunges at Murik's side, hitting him near the vagus nerve... but not close enough to keep him down. Murik grabs Bond between his neck and shoulder, and forces him back into the luxury suite mirror; the pair knock over various toiletry supplies and beauty products from the sinktop as Murik pushes Bond against the wall. Finally, Murik has Bond's head against a cupboard, but 007 desperately boxes at Murik's ears, until he scores a direct hit on the third jab and disorients Murik, and he involuntarily lets go of Bond.

We hear the ringing in Murik's ears as he stumbles back towards the tub, groaning in pain and holding his head. Bond wings an elbow at Murik's jaw, but Murik is not finished yet; he aims a well-placed jab directly at Bond's hip socket. Another kick at the thigh, and Bond is on the floor, immobilized. Finally, it seems as though Murik has 007 at his mercy, but then a shot rings out. Murik clutches his chest in shock, looking to the shooter -- an equally shocked Yvonne, clad in Bond's terrycloth bathrobe and holding his gun. She fires another shot into Murik, who releases his last breath, wobbles, and collapses headfirst into the bubble bath with a loud splash.

Yvonne sighs in relief, sliding the gun across the floor to Bond, who picks it up. He somewhat painfully rises to his feet, and limps over to the lip of the tub. Yvonne explains:

YVONNE: "I found it in the pocket of your robe."
BOND: "Well... a very good thing it was loaded, wasn't it?"

Yvonne chuckles, and Bond ejects the spent casing from the gun; it slows to a crawl as it falls to the floor, the surroundings go black, and we start titles...

19 Major Action Sequence/Stunt 1: Bond is to protect M and other government delegates at a meeting at an energy plant, but henchmen plan to blow the plant up whilst escaping on a train. Bond climbs onboard the train to stop them, but fails - the delegates survive but the plan and the surrounding area are blown up and the villains, with ties to Krause and/or Quantum, escape. Bond survives the sequence by the skin of his teeth.

See HERE for the original fleshed out proposal for the PTS.
20 Major Action Sequence/Stunt 2:ond and Goodnight are taken captive and are incapacitated by Krausse. Bond is badly beaten, and Goodnight is rendered unconscious through a cocktail of drugs administered to her by Krausse. When they regain consciousness, they find a note pinned to Bond's chest that says "Let the hunt begin" (or something to that effect) and a small bottle of water lying next to them to keep them from dehydrating too quickly. As they try to make it back to some form of civilization, they are stalked by several hunters employed by Krausse to eliminate them in what is a "Most Dangerous Game" scenario.

21 Major Action Sequence/Stunt 3: (this could be swapped in position with Action Sequence/Stunt #2 if it is needed) Bond gets a tip/clue to investigate one of Krause's construction sites. He sneaks onto it at night (possibly with one of the girls in tow if necessary), but soon discovers it's a trap. An electrified fence keeps him boxed in as two henchmen operating huge wrecking ball cranes attempt to crush him. Bond dodges and evades them by using half-finished structures as cover, and the henchmen step it up by just smashing into everything to try and bury Bond under tons of rubble.

NOTE: Bond should know Krause is the villain by this point and have pissed him off enough that Krause wants him dead.

Oh - that's okay. Someone has submitted the Aston Martin One-77, so that's the car that would be getting used in the movie for the most-part, I would imagine. Keep the action sequence in mind, though, for when we do come round to fleshing out the usage of the locations - as I've said, this is a collaborative project and your vision of a sequence is more than welcome.

Great btw i was the one who submitted the One-77 i think it's a great choice for Bond, it just can't be destroyed to much, after all there are just 77 of them. This one should have the full armament, bullet-proof and everything

So you were :D I'm sure we can fit in the One-77 with all the 'optional extras' that Fleming presented the Aston Martin with in Goldfinger, suitably updated.

I know I said I wasn't going to get too involved in the actual plotting and generating of the treatment this time round, but the pieces are enthusing me so much I've started making up a bullet point outline of how I see the events we've got so far proceeding. It's quite exciting to be feeling this enthused.

I'm allowing that licenserenewed23, though other posters have mentioned to me (now and in the past) that they think you are the same person as the one using ianfleming23, and possibly Mr Big. However, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and hope these suggestions aren't true.

So, we've now had, participating - myself (x2), Mr Big (x2), QOS007 (x2), Captain Tightpants (x2), dinovelvet (x2), coco1997, tdalton (x2), connerystoupee1983 (x2), ianfleming23 (x2), licenserenewed23 and Mr Blofeld (x2). Now we're onto our third turn round! I know coco1997 has gone to San Diego Comic Con, so his net access the next few days might be intermittent.

16 Location 5: Oil Stones (information on location HERE). I would imagine that Krause owns the location as part of his legitimate business enterprises and falls back to this location to await the detonation of the bombs when the reality of his plot to mine the fault lines off Taiwan are uncovered. Furthermore, I could imagine Krause blowing up the bridges leading to the main section - leaving the assaulting forces (in this case, UN troops) to launch their assault by sea and air. Bond could even have to parachute out of an overflying helicopter to infiltrate the compound.

Interesting choice, Mr Big. It's got ideas percolating in my head - Question: Does it need to be a private plane or could it be a helicopter of some sort? The reason I ask is because I've put the final location as Oil Stones and proposed an assault on the compound - which might make it tough to slide the private plane in, but I could come up with a few to get a similar sequence to what you've described in with a helicopter.

I'm not trying to push my own ideas on your scene, more trying to open up a discussion to make the pieces flow together a bit more fluidly.

I was just wondering. :)

I'm not sure if this one is going to be OK, first because we already have an Australian location, but also because my location involves movement between 2 different areas of the same location, so if it's not OK, just take it out and let someone else fill the spot, or I'll revise it to be more in line with the rules. Basically, I'm taking the idea that both myself and dinovelvet had for the "most dangerous game" action sequence and combining them together, with Bond and Goodnight being found in the middle of the Australian Outback, and then having them seek refuge in a run-down town in the Outback, which, upon arrival, Bond and Goodnight find to be abandoned and used as a trap for Krause's prey.

Hey, if we're going to include an agent loyal to Beijing, could we at least include another agent, loyal to the Taiwanese? It'd be interesting to see the interplay between him and Bond, Bond and Jiang, and the animosity between two diametrically-opposed agents, loyal to their own governments, who have to work together nonetheless.

Also, I feel this title would suit the whole "Most Dangerous Game" aspect very nicely; consider it my third turn: ;)

20 Major Action Sequence/Stunt 2:ond and Goodnight are taken captive and are incapacitated by Krause.

22 Finale Action Sequence/Stunt: On Krause's private plane to somewhere, Bond and Goodnight sneak on only to be captured by Dana, Bond leaves to find Krause whilst Goodnight stays with Dana. A big fight ensues on the plane.

Hmmm. I do prefer to keep the title until after the project is completed and not have it count as anyones 'third turn'. Let's add 'The Undertakers Wind' to a list of potential titles (it's a title which I do like, so unless something better crops up, it's got my personal vote) and you can fill in a field and have your actual third turn :D

It would certainly be possible to represent the Taiwanese government in some fashion if the story should allow it. But, as it stands, we already have Jiang, Bond and Goodnight as agents and I worry that having another character representing Taiwan would overstuff the pudding - it could be an idea to have a scene wherein Bond is briefed by M and M's Taiwanese opposite number is present, giving Bond latitude to represent the interests of Taiwan in the operation.

And good choice, tdalton, for picking the Australian Outback. A blanket description like that will allow a great deal of latitude in the segments when piecing the treatment together.

So, we've now had, participating - myself (x3), Mr Big (x3), QOS007 (x2), Captain Tightpants (x2), dinovelvet (x2), coco1997, tdalton (x3), connerystoupee1983 (x2), ianfleming23 (x2), licenserenewed23 and Mr Blofeld (x2).

CAST

1 Bond - Daniel Craig
2 Bond Girl 1 (Main ie Vesper/Camille): Yvonne Strahovski as Mary Goodnight
3 Bond Girl 2 (Minor ie Solange/Fields): Emmanuelle Chriqui as Caesura Scarlett
4 Bond Girl 3 (Background Girl): Ludivine Sagnier as Dana Krause (Wilhelm's wife/Villainess)
5 Henchman: Don Cheadle as Henri Grant (more of a Steven Obanno from Casino Royale-type henchman.)
6 Henchman 2: Omahyra Mota as Clarisse
7 Villain: Michael Nyqvist as Wilhelm Krause, German construction magnate with an interest in chessboxing
8 M - Timothy Dalton
9 Miss Moneypenny - Emily Blunt
10 Ally 1: Andy Lau as Jiang Yimou, Bonds opposite number in Chinese Intelligence with a skill set comparable to Double-Oh Seven. He's a loyal supporter of Beijing and he forms a firm friendship with his 'decadent capitalist' opposite, if you're looking for a comparison to an established character for Jiang Yimou, consider him a Chinese version of Felix Leiter.

LOCATIONS

11 Pre-Titles Location: Taipei, Taiwan
12 Location 1: London, UK
13 Location 2: Canberra, Australia
14 Location 3: Australian Outback (first somewhere in the middle of nowhere then a small, abandoned town Krause uses to trap his prey)
16 Location 5: Oil Stones.

Hmmmm. I'm not too keen on you having created a new field - but I'll allow it. This time - as we've previously had two fields for additional allies (and I'll add a second ally field back in for the next round, if people think it's a good idea) - if nobody objects.

I do worry about this forcing Bond to work with too many fellow agents (at my count, we've got four operatives to slide in now) within the same scenes, but I'm curious to see how this builds up into the treatment.

Given how the locations have turned out, I think we should go with the earlier idea of putting the construction site action scene in slot #2, to coincide with the Canberra location, as it would work better with a city setting, with the outback/hunt stuff as action scene #3.

Exactly what I was thinking.

I know the person who suggested London as a major location, I forget who it was (sorry) also wanted to see some sort of car chase in London as well. I wonder if we can still fit that in?

Since most of the other characters have had their backgrounds somewhat fleshed out in the outline here, I'm going back to my first choice and fleshing out the background for the rebooted Mary Goodnight character. If any of it dictates unnecessary and/or unwanted plot points, I'm certainly willing to cut back a bit of it to allow for input from elsewhere.

20 Major Action Sequence/Stunt 2:ond and Goodnight are taken captive and are incapacitated by Krause.

22 Finale Action Sequence/Stunt: On Krause's private plane to somewhere, Bond and Goodnight sneak on only to be captured by Dana, Bond leaves to find Krause whilst Goodnight stays with Dana. A big fight ensues on the plane.

Given how the locations have turned out, I think we should go with the earlier idea of putting the construction site action scene in slot #2, to coincide with the Canberra location, as it would work better with a city setting, with the outback/hunt stuff as action scene #3.

I agree. I think that the wrecking-ball sequence could actually lead-in to the hunting sequence, with perhaps Bond and Goodnight being incapacitated due to being buried beneath the rubble of the construction site after Krause's henchmen end up destroying it in an attempt to do away with Bond, with Krause then taking the unconscious Bond and Goodnight and taking them out to the middle of the Outback and leaving them there. Just an idea, but one that could be within the realm of possibility, I think.

Since no one has done anything with the glorious "Radiated Amusement Park" which I love (and which I would have written into a finale set piece, had I gotten here in time) I vote that whoever does the "re-treatment" change the location in my "Action Sequence" to said Amusement Park and re-work the goings on in my sequence to fit that. OR scratch that, I vote to have the "most dangerous game" sequence set in the Amusement Park, that'd be lovely.

Love the sung by choice. I've always thought Duffy would make a great Bond Theme Lady.

Also for my third choice I picked Music By, and went kind of left field.

CAST

1 Bond - Daniel Craig
2 Bond Girl 1 (Main ie Vesper/Camille): Yvonne Strahovski as Mary Goodnight
3 Bond Girl 2 (Minor ie Solange/Fields): Emmanuelle Chriqui as Caesura Scarlett
4 Bond Girl 3 (Background Girl): Ludivine Sagnier as Dana Krause (Wilhelm's wife/Villainess)
5 Henchman: Don Cheadle as Henri Grant (more of a Steven Obanno from Casino Royale-type henchman.)
6 Henchman 2: Omahyra Mota as Clarisse
7 Villain: Michael Nyqvist as Wilhelm Krause, German construction magnate with an interest in chessboxing
8 M - Timothy Dalton
9 Miss Moneypenny - Emily Blunt
10 Ally 1: Andy Lau as Jiang Yimou, Bond's opposite number in Chinese Intelligence with a skill set comparable to Double-Oh Seven. He's a loyal supporter of Beijing and he forms a firm friendship with his 'decadent capitalist' opposite, if you're looking for a comparison to an established character for Jiang Yimou, consider him a Chinese version of Felix Leiter.
11 Ally 2: Chin Han as Sun Demeng, Bond's opposite number in the Military Intelligence Bureau of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Though of a more bureaucratic mold than his PRC counterpart, he can swing into action when the situation calls for it. Enjoys similar sorts of indulgences as Bond, but chafes against Jiang Yimou, whom he is constantly suspicious of; still, the two men can pool their resources from time to time, eventually coming to something of an uneasy peace.

LOCATIONS
11 Pre-Titles Location: Taipei, Taiwan
12 Location 1: London, UK
13 Location 2: Canberra, Australia
14 Location 3: Australian Outback (first somewhere in the middle of nowhere then a small, abandoned town Krause uses to trap his prey)
16 Location 5: Oil Stones.

I've never heard of Yamaka - care to give me some pointers to work he's done in the past?

Re: the big game hunt in the amusement park that people have suggested. I was also considering the same thing - that Bond and Goodnight would be dumped into the middle of nowhere in this amusement park and that they would be hunted by stealthy SAS/SEAL types in bio-chem warfare suits, pumped full of anti-radiation drugs. Bond would have anti-radiation drugs hidden somewhere about his person (possibly) - but would give them to Goodnight and would have to taken down and slaughter one of the commando's in order to take their anti-radiation drugs in order for both Bond and Goodnight to survive.

I like the idea of putting the building site scene in Canberra. And I also wouldn't mind adding an extra location (as we did adding France to 'Talk of the Devil') to allow the first stunt sequence with the train/power plant to be set in Iceland - picking up immediately after the titles (kinda like the footchase/horserace in Italy in QOS) with M meeting up with other Heads of Intelligence at a mega-secret conference. Bond would be there as M's bodyguard and we could introduce Jiang there as well - with them both involved in the train sequence and both barely surviving by the skin of their teeth.

I wonder what sort of character coco1997 pictured Caesura as :D

I like the idea of putting the building site scene in Canberra.

I could see the big game hunt going down in the irradiated amusement park, although I would worry about it potentially going into Roger Moore territory, with all of the potential humorous moments that an amusement park could provide. It's a good location (I really do like the idea behind it), I'm just not sure about the hunt happening there. I'm not sure that it gives the scene the sense of desperation on the part of Bond and Goodnight that I think it should have going for it. I think that with the hunt set in the Outback, there's a great sense of desperation there as much of that terrain is undoubtedly hostile, especially for people in the condition that Bond and Goodnight are in when they're dropped into whatever location for the hunt, plus the idea that dinovelvet came up with about the deserted town could come into play there as well. I would have the hunters toy with Bond and Goodnight out in the "desert" portion of the Outback, while they're both led to the deserted town, thinking they would find refuge there, only to find that they had been led into a trap.

Just my two cents on the issue of where to set the hunt. I do think that it could work in the amusement park, so long as it didn't fall victim to the same type of humor that the similar sequence in OP had in it. :)

Another idea could be to expand the rules to allow for another action sequence/stunt so that one could be designed especially for the amusement park since it's such a great location. Just a thought. :)

I think that the abandoned amusement park (and, possibly, adjoining town) could be incredibly creepy - all bleached camera shots, dry landscape, no sounds except for the sound of their breathing. It would lend the surreal edge, such a deadly situation - with the hunters and the irradiation - and yet so seemingly benign.

I doubt we'd let the sequence fall into the same pattern that the one in OP fell into :D

See HERE for the original fleshed out proposal for the Major Action Sequence/Stunt 1.

20 Major Action Sequence/Stunt 2:ond and Goodnight are taken captive and are incapacitated by Krause.

22 Finale Action Sequence/Stunt: On Krause's private plane to somewhere, Bond and Goodnight sneak on only to be captured by Dana, Bond leaves to find Krause whilst Goodnight stays with Dana. A big fight ensues on the plane.

I like the gadget.

I think that we've reached a point with the addition of a second ally wherein I do fear we've got a central cast slightly too bloated for the premise at hand. It is going to become a struggle to do them all service.

I know I said I was going to pull back from becoming too involved in writing the plot up, but as I've said, I'm fairly enthused about this plot, so I hope you'll forgive the following post describing how I'm picturing the plot so far -

  • TAIWAN - Bond and Yvonne relax, are attacked by a scarred Murik but he is, in turn, killed.
  • TITLES
  • ICELAND - At a top-secret conference hosted at a geo-thermal power station operated by Krause, several Heads of the worlds intelligence agencies meet to discuss Quantum. Bond is present to protect M, his Chinese counterpart, Jiang, is present to protect the Head of Chinese Intelligence. Terrorists try and eliminate the attendees. Bond and Jiang save the attendees but fail to stop the destruction of the power station - and after an action sequence on a train, they are both almost killed.
  • LONDON - Bond suspects that Krause is involved with Quantum and the terrorist attack on the conference and shares these beliefs with Moneypenny and M. M promises to look into it and introduces Bond to Mary Goodnight - an agent being considered for Double-Oh Status. Bond and Mary establish their relationship over combat and firearms training and later dinner before finding themselves pursued in a car chase through London - the tail is eventually lost, Bond and Mary spend the night together. The following day, M reports on Krause - they can find no conclusive connection to Quantum, with the exception of the fact that he was due to (or possibly did) attend the opera in Bregenz the night Bond flushed out several Quantum members during his investigation into the Tierra Project. That's good enough for M, he sends Bond to Australia to look into Krause.
  • CANBERRA - Bond and Mary arrive in Canberra. I suspect that they encounter Krause and his wife at an event celebrating a planned solar energy program that Krause Energy is about to roll out in Australia. This would result in Bond being invited, under the guise of being a journalist with a focus on energy programs, to visit Krause at his ranch in the outback with Mary to join as his photographer/girlfriend. Caesura is present at the event but her true nature is, at this point, unknown to Bond.

At some point, in the middle of the night, Bond breaks into a building owned by Krause which is under a programme of renovation and extension - areas of the building are under construction. Bond has earlier witnessed Krause meeting with a Chinese national and, in the building, discovers evidence to indicate that Krause has also been dealing with Henri Grant - a black market arms dealer who has surfaced on the MI6 radar on occasion. Discovered, Bond plays a cat and mouse game through the corridors of the under-construction building before discovering that he was being shepherded into a sort of pen (surrounded by an electrical fence) where hired thugs, overseen by Clarisse, try to smash him with wrecking balls or force him into the electric fence. Bond is powerless - until he finds himself rescued by his Chinese friend, Jiang Yimou.

I'd suspect that it is in the Canberra sequences wherein Krause learns that he is being used by Quantum for their own games and goes rogue. My proposal is that we use Caesura as a fellow Quantum operative of Krause's who recovers several documents pertaining to the deal between Krause and the militant Chinese faction and plans to leak them to the pro-democracy group. Krause is furious and has Caesura killed but not until she has handed the documents over to Taiwanese Intelligence - which throws Bond into a situation where he has to recover the documents from the pro-democracy faction. At some point, Taiwanese Intelligence, represented by Sun Demeng, enters the area of operations and Taiwan, China and the UK must work together.
  • THE AUSTRALIAN OUTBACK - Bond finds himself at Krause's ranch in the Australian Outback where more evidence of the true plot is uncovered.
  • THE CHINESE FUNFAIR - After being knocked out using knockout darts (in either the Australian Outback or after a second sequence in Canberra), Bond and Mary wake to find themselves in the middle of an abandoned funfair somewhere in China. Bond recognises the name of the location as a location that the Chinese were believed to have used as a testing range for nuclear weapons in the seventies - if they remain in the area for much longer, they will die. Bond seeks out a method of transport out of the area, but many of the trucks are out of petrol or in disrepair - though Bond is able to jury rig a ham radio and get a signal out that way. It is revealed, when a bullet clips Mary's shoulder, that the pair are being hunted by hunters in biological and chemical protection suits and pumped full of anti-radiation medication with more on the hunters. Bond must take down one of the hunters in order to get the anti-radiation medication for Mary - and the pair must then work on a cat and mouse chase, hunted by extemely talented predators used to stalking prey on reserves in Africa, throughout the abandoned funfair and the nearby town until they find the truck the hunters arrived in and a secondary stash of anti-radiation medication. Bond and Mary now escape in the truck and drive until they find themselves in the hands of the Chinese authorities, spearheaded by Jiang.

Together with Jiang, the two MI6 agents must track down the leader of the militant Chinese faction, take him into custody and find out where Krause has vanished to. It is eventually revealed he has retreated to a business venture off the Russian coast known as Oil Stones -

However, before Bond and his friends can act, Krause manages to set off one of the nuclear bombs causing devastation to some coastal areas of Taiwan.
  • OIL STONES - Bond, Mary, Jiang and Sun Demeng must work together to stop Krause setting off the remaining nuclear bombs and causing further catastrophe. This leads to Bond and Mary encountering Krause and his wife on a military helicopter that several commando's have used to get to Oil Stones since Krause had the bridges to the installation blown up in order to stop road traffic reaching him.

Exactly what I was thinking.

I know the person who suggested London as a major location, I forget who it was (sorry) also wanted to see some sort of car chase in London as well. I wonder if we can still fit that in?

I wanted the car chase in London, mainly because Bond never has a chase per-say in London, but the idea of a chase in Australia leading to the outback doesnt seem too bad

I've never heard of Yamaka - care to give me some pointers to work he's done in the past?

Yamaoka did the score for the Silent Hill video games. He does very subtle, haunting stuff. Great at creating tension and atmosphere. I could email you some works privately if you like. Just shoot me a PM.

And also, I definitely saw the Amusement Park locale (sequence setting/change) being creepy and atmospheric. Not humorous in anyway. There's a lot to work with, with that locale and I'd hate to see it go to waste. As I said, I would have set the finale there. Lots of potential in my opinion, to be quite stylish AND different.

Hmm, should Goodnight get in the sack with Bond quite so early on? I assume we'd only be about 20 minutes into the film after that London scene. I can see her attitude to Bond being similar to that of Miranda Frost; she is trying to be on her best behavior so she doesn't ruin her chances of becoming a 00, so I think she should at least resist for a while :)
