YES! Dalton finally seems to have gotten out of Nowhere-Land and is fast headed for a real career ressurection. Good one, Timothy!
When Timothy Dalton isn't in front of the cameras he's on stage, so I assume you mean "a real (film) career reserrection."
It will be good to see him again, though. The last role I saw him play was Rassilon on Doctor Who, and that was all to brief.
This is not the first time Dalton and Steven Berkoff have worked together. They were both in [i]Sins[/iJ, a mini-series based on one of Jackie Collins' trashy best-sellers.
With Julian Fellowes aboard, that makes three actors from three generations of Bond - works for me!

Official trailer (note the distributor and co-producer for future reference).
WHAT?!?!?! Not one shot of Dalton in the trailer at all???
Ah but it sounds like you can hear him at 1:44. "You know he will be with her"

It'll never happen, of course, but when I saw that first photo I immediately thought: "Ol' T-Dalt would make a fantastic M (after Dame Judy departs)."Some stills from 'The Tourist' featuring Tim Dalton ...

Really impressive. I would LOVE Dalton to be the next "M".
And why not? Maud Adams came back in a major role for a second film. But would Dalton want to come back in another role? And are we more excited about DaltonĀ“s connection to Bond than the general audience or even the press?
