Yes. A tragic loss. Only last night was I watching your entire back catalogue.

Tasteless and uncalled-for, but oddly funny nonetheless.

According to the IMDb, she had 48 screen appearances, BTW. B)

The first actress ever bedded (onscreen) by 007. I suppose that's something.

She was even more beautiful than Honey Rider.

Yes. She always got me feeling Italian and musical.

Very sad news B)
She was the most beautiful girl in Dr. No, IMO (sorry Andress fans).

RIP.

Yes, but when whoever played the Bregenz airline receptionist in QUANTUM OF SOLACE departs this earth, Zorin will say that a great actress has gone, but on that occasion he'll genuinely mean it. B)

"I'm sorry, sir, your card's been rejected. Do you have another?" "No. In a moment you're going to get a phone call. Would you mind telling them I've gone to Cairo?" Ah, what an amazingly well-written and brilliantly-directed scene that is. I get shivers just thinking about it. Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, Paul Haggis, Joshua Zetumer and Marc Forster really earned their money with that one.

It is a sadness someone has died. And as she was the first actress to bed Bond then there is a relevance to that - certainly on here. But I am not really going to have an outpouring of forum emotion for her.

Your tagname suggests you may have met her and had a greater reason to mourn than I. So for that reason if I have been insensitive I apologise.

Sad news for sure.
I had a hope of meeting her one day and telling her how totally hot she was.
One more reason to get to these shows if possible while the classic folks are still around.

You're mistaken; the Perla de las Dunas receptionist who gets raped by Medrano is the one who is Charlie Chaplin's grand-daughter, appropriately enough named Oona Chaplin.

Also, Loomis, why all the vitriol against Zorin Industries?

Found this just now.
Now that these films have been on upgraded DVD and BluRay for some time now I think it is having an effect. I am finding more photos from the older films and that is a good thing.
Never seen this one and with blond hair yet! B)
