Well, Bond´s lighter always accompanied him back then when he was a smoker.

Can you send me a copy of that script you have Cap?If he does, it won't be in SKYFALL. Doesn't reflect well on either party, that, does it:
IFP: "Jeffrey, old boy, you really must find a way to get Felix Leiter into your book. Those chappies on your side of the Pond aren't going to be happy if we don't include James Bond's American equivalent (!!!!!!). And we do need those US sales. You DO understand, old boy, don't you?"
JD: "Of course. You're quite tight. I perfectly understand. I'll easily fit him in using the in depth research and plot twists for which I am famously well-known" (And then looks vacantly, realising he is a literary whore just hired for the money who is just shoe-horning unnecassary characters into a story at the behest of his employers.)
