But Craig isn't built like a body builder and that's what people need to understand. Sure, he has decent enough mass and has tone structure but he's far from being a body builder. Craig looks like someone who works out and takes care of himself. In fact, his body definition is pretty much the same its always been ecept that as Bond, he has additional mass. Put Craig's body up against any professional body builder and you'll see what I mean.

He looks like the kind of guy who refuses to climb a flight of stairs because he's worried that it'd count as excessive cardio, which is hardly believable for a Double-O (or indeed for anyone who wasn't a seriously dedicated bodybuilder).

Just curious: why is it that a dedicated bodybuilder would refuse the "excessive cardio" that a flight of stairs is? Is it because it's bad for his bodybuilding, or because an excessive cardio would be dangerous for his health when in this shape, or another reason?
Now everybody knows I'm not a bodybuilder!

DC has always been FIT as shown above, doubt whether his physique has any artificial enhancement as implied, pretty damned hot for a 40 year old, I sense some envy. I don't think he was ever overly muscular in CR. He's one of those types who can look quite different depending on what he's (not) wearing. I think his Tom Ford suits and clothes are a better cut/fit for his body type than Brioni.

Whats with the weird comments expecting DC not to have changed because QOS follows straight on from CR when it has obviously been filmed 2 years later.

Well, yes, he'd chiefly be worried that cardio would strip away hard-earned muscle gains, particularly if working from the sort of ectomorphic body type that doesn't put on muscle mass easily. There may be other reasons, though. I'm not exactly Arnold Schwarzenegger myself, so may not know what I'm talking about 100%.

That´s ridiculous - then you could say, he isn´t allowed to be two years older either as he is supposed to be not even ONE day older in the film. Lets not get over the top here.

Good! See, even Craig's body in Layer cake would have sufficed as being a perfect body for Bond. Craig is just naturally and always has been in great shape, hell even in Tomb Raider he was quite cut.
