For some reason that's how the official site formats their photos. I don't necessarily think they are that size because they are screengrabs from the trailer, although they could be, it's just how they choose to display the pics on the film's website.

Yes. The image of Bond and M is quite strange, since the picture on James Bond fr showed Bond holding a piece of paper, on the official site, it just shows their top half.

I’m thinking we’re returning the original stuntman performed gunbarrel.

Probably something for the title sequence.

That's the Gun-barrel, with Craig's stand-in for rehearsing the walk, turn, fire for lighting and camera.

I think is all just rehersal. My guess is EON hired this guy just to do some tests with camera, lighting, etc. because it's cheaper to hire that guy then Craig.

Has this been confirmed though? I remember watching a id which had craig in a tux along with some of the villains all tuxed and suited up, congregating by a bar surrounded by a massie white background.

No that's a studio and a white cyclorama, curved so when lit there's no shadows from corners etc. That's what they shoot the gun-barrel sequences against, and always have.

It's a stand-in for Craig for rehearsing prior to actual shooting. It's for the gun-barrel seq. If it was for the titles, it'd be shot against either green screen or black so the actor can be cleaning used as an element in the layering of images.
