The screenshots do look awesome. I'll be curious to see how or if you can move the camera when you go into that third person mode to peek around corners.

Am I the only one who kinda hopes there'll be an option to play through this game from 3rd person view?

Kinda how they did with Metal Gear Solid 4. Which is a 3rd person game, but the game had an option to let the gamer play the whole game from 1st person view. I'm kinda hoping they'd do the same thing here.

Maybe I oughta write to them, so they can make it so in time.

Yep. EoN was the best game with Bond. At least it was as good as GoldenEye 007.

I think it's interesting that the game actually begins with Quantum of Solace and then jumps to Casino Royale as a flashback - tied in through a character - then back to Solace.

Kind of makes sense. I guess the character isn't actually in Solace, but HE is in Casino Royale. So who could it be? Villiers, maybe? Sounds like he's physically in the game so my other guess, Dryden would be wrong. If it's a name drop then I can see Bond having this flashback to where Casino Royale begins with the Dryden. ?? Interesting..

6th mark on the slider. If you hover it'll say GTTV News. Then it's like 30 seconds later. It's really nothing special.

I was in Gamestop yesterday and they had a QoS game poster up on the wall (its just the shadow image of Bond holding up a rifle). It said if you preorder the game there, you get a free "wall graphic", which I understand is just fancy talk for "poster". The actual poster looked pretty dull though, its just a picture of a generic Bond-like figure with no face in Craig's gunbarrel pose.

Wall Graphic - what will they think of next.

Just looked at the screenshots above and although they look pretty, I'm not too keen. Probably since I prefer my shooters outdoors. Don't like indoors environments as much.

They don't really do trailers anymore for games. If they do they usually do this sort of thing first - everyone does this now - a trailer could come later. Sometimes for complex games it's the way to go, but it's rather dumb for everything else IMO.

The game looks very good. the graphics are excelent.
