Apparently a script is already being developed for Wanted 2.

Note: SPOILERS for those who have not seen Wanted.

As much as I loved this movie, and believe me... I loved it. :tup: I think I wouldn't want a sequel, Wanted ended so perfectly, it left everything open to imagination.
