I hope his next book and movie deal with something else than the catholic church, Rome, and famous artists.

Angels and Demons - the movie - I liked apart from everything about the long ending, but I wouldn't want to see a third version of the same story.

Saw it a week or so ago. Perfectly adequate, no more no less. Great production, considering that they didn't have any access to the Vatican.

Isn't that strange? If anything, I would have thought that the Vatican would be "embracing" this movie, so to speak. I mean, Hanks "saves" the Catholic Church from annhilation.

I hope his next book and movie deal with something else than the catholic church, Rome, and famous artists.

If I remember correctly, the story was supposed to revolve around the Freemasons. And wasn't it supposed to be called "The Solomon Key?"
Here's a link to his website, and there are several "quests" that reveal hints about "The Lost Symbol." Hope you enjoy! B)

It's allegedly set in the US (Washington, I think) and will reportedly deal with American history.

I think I remember hearing that. Specifically, one of the "clues" in that "quests" points to "Kryptos," the sculpture located at CIA HQ in DC.
