(Incidentally, to my recollection this was the first time we'd ever seen Bond use an ordinary credit card for an ordinary purchase. I thought it was a nice real-world touch.)

Every time I saw NSNA in the theatre, that line was drowned out by laughter from the previous line, "forget the soup". I never heard the line until I watched the VHS.

Actually, it was Bond mentioning Kalba's appointment with Fekkesh that prompted the contemptuous response, but okay.

 

(The way Kalba says "excuse me" makes me look forward to his being offed by Jaws - back when Jaws was still menacing.)

Actually, there's nothing wrong with your memory, MajorB  - it's mine.

 

I just re-watched TSWLM recently, and Kalba's "what of it?" is in response to Bond's introduction.
