You're a gent, AMC. I can hear it but I can't picture it....it must be 'Casino Royale' or 'Skyfall', in the hotel / casino. I thought it was 'Quantum Of Solace' and the airport check-in lady but she doesn't say anything like that.
Is it the hotel receptionist to Bond as he asks for his package (P99) in 'Casino Royale'?

Oh you were SO close with the words "casino" and "Skyfall", TCR.. I'll give it to you since I've tortured everyone long enough.. It is the casino cashier when Bond cashes in the chip at the Lucky Dragon in Macau for the 4 million Euros in Skyfall..

Hmm.. A very grumpy M (Bernard Lee) in TMWTGG when they discover Goodnight's homing signal broadcast after Bond and Lt. Hip botch up things by letting Scaramanga get away in a car that sprouted wings?? (Not sure if that's it but it's a guess..)
