Agree with Jim about Domino - summed up with usual consummate erudition.

Erm, Kissy was all things lacking in looks and personality but to be fair, they did want to go with the Aki actress as Kissy - and I thought Aki was attractive.

La Blackman has become more beautiful with age - she certainly didn't fit whatever could be deemed a model Bond girl by the third film in.

Pike I do like - she has the same ice quality that I find so attractive in Kriston Scott-Thomas.

Totally agree on all counts. I even think Kissy had something - she's quite pretty in a way.

Blackman was a little manly, but she was also meant to be a lesbian, which they were no doubt trying to show in their own obvious way.

Domino is simply heads and shoulders above the rest (no one near beating her until Casino Royale in my view).

Pussy Galore - As someone else pointed out her husky voice is a major turn-off.

Solange from Casino Royale is one of the fuggliest women ever to grace the Bond series, she looked great in THAT dress but her accent, facial features etc, not up to scratch lol
Gotta agree about ruby from OHMSS, yuck, plus not too fond of caroline from Goldeneye, but these two characters werent designed to be stunners

In defense of Aki... I enjoy a little bit of snaggle in my woman’s teeth. Kara’s got a few dental imperfections which I find to be endearing as well.

Her teeth make her look like a Japanese version of Austin Powers.

In defense of Melina: I didn't really notice all the hair; then again, I was only watching the Special Editions, so maybe the Ultimate Editions have something else I don't know...

I echo the sentiments regarding Corinne Clery. I imagine Bond was just thinking, "Well, it's for England."

Carey Lowell also never appealed to me, especially when compared to Talisa Soto. Whenever I watch the end of LTK, I can't help thinking, "Why Bond? Why?" It probably has to do with the fact that she has hair as short as Timothy's.

As to those putting Domino and Honey on this list, I can olny say you must give me the name of your optometrist.

I thought Cary Lowel looked fantastic with short hair and rather bland when it was long...I think she's a great looking Bond girl.

You're right on the money regarding Mayday on this one Skudor! I think of Mayday as more of a Bond guy.
