Carry on Gentlemen. Oh, and remember, we have yet to touch upon time-travel. After all, the only way Jinx can meet Craig's Bond is to go back in time from where DAD ended ... and when she arrives about 20 or so years in the past she won't recognize the Bond that she sees. If Captain Kirk can do it, why not right?
Bringing back Jinx as a baddie

I hope you guys don't mind me showing all the guys at work this thread. Seriously, since this thing started the dudes at the office and I have been chuckling away. Guys who are just casually into Bond are reading this thread and laughing their
off. I will say, it does lighten up the mood a bit around 2 in the afternoon.
But you forget that in this case 20 years in the past is actually a handful of years into the future.
Jinx was in DAD, which is set around the year 2002. Bond 22 will come out in 2008 - six years later. In the meantime Bond has time travelled back to a time in his life that pre-dates 1962, but is actually set in the present day.
Now, in 2008, when Bond has returned to the beginnings of his career, been betrayed by and then lost Vesper it obviously makes sense that Jinx should turn up. After all she was his last girlfriend before his journey back to the beginnings of his life.
Naturally, as world balance has been distorted by Bond's non-timetravelling journey back into his origins, Jinx has become a villainous fiend. As we know, she is a super secret agent and more than a match for Bond (whom she knows intimately) so when the two have it out (imagine some sort of twisted mix of a fist fight and sex) Bond ends up severely maimed, with limbs missing (think bionic woman) and face utterly destroyed.
At this point MI6 decide to use the Cuban DNA face changing machine thingies to both fix Bond and to change his appearance (or perhaps there's an accident of some sorts!), so instead of Craig-Bond emerging from the proceedure we get Halle Berry-Bond. With all sorts of bionic woman powers and some cyborg additional limbs.

I say give Craig the chance to tackle the most difficult of ALL possible Bond scenes.
Craig already has with the torture scene in Casino Royale.
Also, bringing back Jinx would bring complexity back to the Bond series which it has been straining for.
No, bring back Haggis for future movies
Besides, her character is very sexy and would make a great villain (more so than someone such as Christmas Jones).
Your right there, cause Ms. Jones was never a baddie in the first place.
This would just be an innovative and interesting way to bridge the gap between Bond actors.
I don't think they're worried about it since CR is the new beginning.
Who wouldn't be phsyched to see a new Bond actor returning with the ultimate Bond gadget to get revenge on a re-occuring foe?
I've rather see Bond get his hands around this re-occuring foe's neck like that poor chap in the bathroom...
It would be a great way for Bond to catch back up with the Bourne series.
But couldn't you just make it all a lot simpler. Instead of Jinx being the baddie, have Bond maimed to the point where he has a complete makover and becomes.... Jinx (aka James Bond, played by Halle Berry). You could even have Bond played by two actors in one movie!
This too has been done before, in the 1967 version of Casino Royale, everyone was Bond!

Like I said, the only way I would accept Jinx as a villain is if the writers allow her to be the one who finally fires the fatal bullet into Bond's head.
Sooooo, no more Bond then and your ok with that?

I'm sure if the dialogue wasn't so dire. it would been a great part for Halle.

Jinx should come back, but only if played by Roger Moore.
I agree.
Please don`t put her back in the series!

"Yo Mama told me to kill you".
Jinx collapses to the ground, and Q stamps on her head just to make sure and the double-taking pigeon from Moonraker does a double take.

Actually that gave me the creepy idea of seeing the heads of all of the past Bond girls in jars and fish bowls in Bond's apartment, leading us all to comment..."So, that's what happens to the girls at the end of each adventure!"
