Does anyone know what we got here in region 4 compared to the rest of the world?

On my DVD, we certainly see the end of the rope on Bond's shoulder in the torture scene, which was cut from the region 2 DVD version or theatrical version???

thanks nicolas but the region 3 dvd was cheaper on ebay compared to region 4 so i ended up ordering one of them.

I also saw another cut shot: Obanno grabbing Vesper's ankle causing her to lose balance.

PS: In the US original print, was the movie cut?
