I really want to see BOND 22 centered around the Mediterranean.

Bond's been to Venice a few times, but I'm disappointed that he hasn't spent more time in Italy. Good ol' Florence or Rome...

I think a Mediterranean-centered Bond film would be great. It also seems like the kind of location that Craig's Bond would fit into very well.

Bond needs to go back to Jamaica! Really, the older books had such a strong tie to the Caribbean that I think it would be great to bring him back there, After all, it is the place of his "birth."
It is too similar to the Bahamas, where Bond was in CR.
I would like to see him in Europe, Middle East and Asia, and of course a trip Down Under would be nice.
I read a rumour that London will feature an action scene or chase scene in Bond 22 - how about a fight on the clock face of Big Ben?

Meh, it seems a little far fetched to me. How about Asia or maybe Russia?

Well, if we go to the Mediterranean, I'd like to see Capri (Italy) or Santorni (Greece) featured prominently. Both are breathtakingly gorgeous locales.
I'm still wishing Bond would visit areas he's never been to before: Norway, Kenya, Australia...maybe even British Columbia, Vancouver, or Quebec or Toronto.
Quebec's a special hope of mine. Montreal would offer some sensational contrasts between the new and the old--literally, within a few downhill steps you can descend into the far distant past.

My second choice of a location I'd love to see is Tokyo. It would be interesting to revisit Tokyo after 40 years. Just to show the present day Tokyo and all the cool fads in Japan. That would be very very cool!
Specifically I'd love to see the Asahi Buildng in Tokyo as a villain's headquaters.....simply spectacular:

That could make for a bizarre Sony crossover moment, if Bond rappels down the side of the building only to bump into Spider-man climbing up it.

(Truth be told, I just want to hear some English say "He went to Napper!" like my dad does.)
