I reckon The Rockies/Vancouver and New Zealand (eg. something bizzare like the Waitomo caves with the glow worms) could be interesting locales. Also would be nice to have another Eastern European locale - eg. Budapest.
But I must confess, I'd rather they did justice to just one or two locales (eg. You Only Live Twice and Japan) than zipping through hundreds of locations quickly, but not really devoting any time to their culture. This is the one thing that I think has been lacking in some of the more recent Bond adventures.

My vote is for South America, sorely underused in Bond.

Niagara Falls invites (In my mind) to some very dramatic scenes....and has some Fleming-ish relations. I was thinking of some lines from his notebook.

Yes. That's what most people think who haven't been there. It has its good points but is really not a classy place.Dubai - Cheap!?! Well I havent been there so I don't know but cheap isn't the first word that comes in mind.

He has never been to the Lake District, Northumberland or Yorkshire. All beautiful places and Bond can drive to them in 4-5 hours.
Surely it's time....

Australia would be a good choice, be it Sydney or the outback. Craig had an interest in the possibility at the Sydney Casino Royale premiere.
Would be a first for the series and interesting to how they pull it off.

I can both assure you that Dubai is cheap and tacky looking.
My vote is for South America, sorely underused in Bond.
Dubai - Only been there 10 times....
Stayed at the Jumeira Beach...

then of course there's the Birge Al Arab....
yeah...cheap....
Sth America:
how about Bonders of the lost AR7 ?....
Bond dons a hat and tries to find his lost AR7 rifle, which the Nazi's stole hoping it would give them the power of the Inca's...
However, they could never get the top off so still think it's just "old stock"....
Hey, Sir Sean could play DC's dad....
yeah, love it...
let's do Mexico dear....ok Joe

In case you should know it's the Burj Al Arab. And by cheap, I don't mean the cost to the consumer. The Burj is hideous inside.I can both assure you that Dubai is cheap and tacky looking.

Mexico? It's hardly South America, is it. There is so much in SA that could be used for Bond. The other thing is that I think it is politically appropriate at the moment, thanks to dear old Hugo Chavez. It has its problems but is not as sensitive as the Middle East.let's do Mexico dear....ok Joe

Lovely. For some reason I've always wanted to get to the Azores.

As for someone's suggestion of Vancouver, I don't really know. A lot of films are made up here cause it's cheap, but on the other hand, there's a few locales that would be cool to see Bond at, especially since I would have been somewhere where Bond was. But I doubt they'll use Vancouver anytime in the near future.
Also, I've had an idea, that might seem kinda old fashioned, but it's an idea. Why not have the entire film in Europe? Give it that old European feeling, having Bond go up and down the continent from Italy (where CR left off) to Estonia to the UK and everywhere in between.

Indeed. Dubai, from the photos posted, looks fairly tacky. They're trying too hard to be fashionable, it seems. It also looks like they have a bit of an inferiority complex (I once read that they wanted to build the biggest mall on Earth there).

Yes, thats a nice idea. Btw another unused locations is North europe and Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). Not counting Iceland (DAD).

Maybe after the shock of George Lazenby, EON is scared to go to Australia. I heard that Cubby used to have nightmares that George was still James Bond.I've been wanting Australia for a while now. I still can't believe that after 21 movies and 45 years that Bond still has missed that entire corner of the world.

There are some excellent places in the Middle East! For Bond, my favourites would be Yemen, Lebanon (Beirut particularly) and Jordan.Although the idea of Dubai itself has been panned by those CBn members who have lived there, I'd like to suggest maybe a few scenes shot in the deserts of the Arabian Peninsula? That could be very cool, and also scenic.

Here I am at Merderka Square in Kuala Lumpur. How about this as a Bond 22 location?
That looks like it would make for a great location for a Bond movie.
