Still working at the sports restaurant. Had some good training working over the summer (slow season) so this way I am prepared for the old people and the NFL season.

It's nice to be able to say I'm still with the same company.

Freedom Grill

I get to do a little bit of everything "The Swiss-Army Knife of Business" as it were. Mostly I do all of the marketing. Trade shows, print, electronic media, press, promotional vehicles, box design, manuals, etc. Still having a blast even if it does get crazy busy this time of year.

When my truck is done I'll post it here. A little over the top for Bond but very cool.

I am an assistant manager for a niche bank. Been there 5 years, but it will be time to go soon, as opportunities to move up the ranks are non-existant unless someone retires or dies.

Another popular misconception is that bank managers make heaps of money. I can tell you that it's not the ones that work in the branches and put up with :) everyday from customers.

It's the fat cats with grand titles that do f..ck all, that are on huge salaries living off the hard work of others.

PS Jim you must be a horse riding instructor.

Financial Analyst for a large American car company, but work in the UK. It's as exciting as it sounds, but pays well.

I was just reading through that thread - RITZ used to work at Birmingham airport, I worked just around the corner from there around the same time (May 2004) and went through the airport a few times on travel as well as just to get something different from the refectory at work. Small world.

I love being able to read what people here do for work. :)

Here are some photos from my "new" weekend job as Pet Photographer (I work at a different pet store each weekend). I have tons of actual photos that I shot and just picked a few from this past Saturday. And one that I just really like (the one of the guy and the poodle).

Anyone else want to share some pics of them at work?

You know, Athena, it makes me wonder... isn't it very difficult to make those pets sit still, look at the lens and look cute?

Edit: Forgot to say they were good pics. Doh! :)

I'm a perpetual student - getting ready to move out into the real world this year though, as an English Literature teacher of all things. My friends from school seem to be really amused by that for some reason !

Have a teaching assistants job hopefully lined up at a local school for the six months between my teaching course beginning and my other modules being completed (have a UK degree but need some Canadian core modules before they'll let me do the teaching certificate !)

Woody Allen wanted to be reincarnated as Warren Beatty's fingertips.

Can I be Bryce's knees from the Decisions, Decisions photo? :)

Reminds me of the original Italian Job movie when Caine, just out of prison, is "given" a hotel room full of delectable female flesh and asked what he will have.

Caine, just out of prison, smiles at the room full of pulchritude and says:

"Everything!"

Well ACE, that's pretty much what I ordered that night. The one nuzzling is the mysterious Miss Bellucci.

BTW - the "toothbrush" looks like it does but is a steel brush for cleaning firearms. You wouldn't want to use it on your gums.

Guns - OK

Gums - Bad.

I've decided to be stingy! To wait a while. Get my credit limit up.
And finally start completing my Bond collection first.
Then, be stingy again and collect enough for an Aston Martin :)
Life is good :)
(I'll decide to take up golf again) :) :) :)

Just wondering what we all do for a living, while not posting on CBn. I'm posted at COMOPTEVFOR in Norfolk, VA. I work in the Undersea Warfare division, and I'm testing the new OHIO-class guided missile submarine. This will be my last tour in the Navy as I'm retiring in spring 2009 after 25 years in the service. As my wife put it, I'll finally get a real job. :cooltongue:

I am a library assistant currently.. when I finish the masters, I'll be doing the same job, but magically become a librarian :cooltongue: It's loads of fun, I really like my job

Bryce, where is this mysterious Michael Caine "everything" picture hiding? I suppose that post was from 2 years ago, but still, I'm curious

I'm an Information Technology and Security consultant. I both have a primary role through a consulting/managed services company and also do independent consulting.

My primary work has me assigned at the former RCA building; but not on the 36th floor. :cooltongue:

Sounds similar to my current role, but with the emphasis on security, might be something else for me to look into.

Look for a PM from me Darkpath!
