I just think craig looks a little mini-body builderish. I think a perfect bond type physically would be dalton or lazenby.
Lazenby, hands down, best build for Bond. I was always trying to find what his workout consisted of. I heard he was an expert in martial arts. Nothing more.

For what it's worth please allow me to repeat a reply I made a while ago on related topic.
An acquaintance of mine had occasion to meet Daniel Craig at various times during filming, he is not an insider I hasten to add, and as an ex-serviceman of the British army he felt that Daniel was "functionally" fit. He felt that he was well built and that, based on his experience of these things, he looked like he could handle himself. He felt that based on the facts of Bond's Dossier, having just left the Army, he has the physical persona spot on! Simon Waterson, Daniel's trainer, is an ex-Marine and is quoted as saying that at peak fitness Commandoes etc often did marathons and endurance events of various types in their spare time "for something to do"! People in Bond's situation would have been expected to be 100% fit at all times and I would suggest that being "well muscled" probably wouldn't have gone amisss in those circumstances! So there is a logic to his physique.

But, at the same time, I wonder how James Bond would be able to keep in such a good shape with his routine. He barely sleeps, gets hurt all the time, travels a lot (in diferent times) and barely eats. Not to mention I doubt he has time to go to the gym. Yet, well, who cares about such details?
I say: make Bond look as strong and fast as he can be. Most people think that if you are big you

Daniel Craig's Fitness Program (or close enough)
Should be the first post that comes up when the link is opened. If not, it's on the second page of the thread.

I just love how fit Craig looks in CR! Does anybody know the training program he used?
Hi all. I've been working with Simon Waterson, PT of Daniel Craig. All i can say is Daniel Craig followed a circuit training method and a high protein diet.
I can't tell you the rest because it is trade secret of Mr. Waterson.

Again here's my Elite Workout from back before Casino Royale premiered.
No secrets here. It's based on functional, military-style supersets and it gets results.
Need evidence?

Thanks for this. I also picked up a little book called Sly Moves by Stallone himself that gives a GREAT work out schedule also. Now combined with this I'm gonna look great.
Didn't he just get busted for smuggling a steroid into Australia???

Pull ups, Planks, running dips, (dips are great) press ups, running, crunches, running, thats what you want. Binyamin is right, print out his plan there, very good program to follow or use as an outline and full of great and true advice.
I do supersets of jump-rope (to get the heart up) lateral raises (pre-exhauster for the shoulders) dips, leg raises, pull ups, press ups, and more pull ups. Four or five of those with each set high enough to be a real challenge is...well, a real challenge. Much more so that some bodybuilding junk; "3 sets of this with 2.7 minute rests and an increase of 12% weight on each set reducing reps by..."
