Best performance from him. He genuinely seems to be enjoying the part, he's been chosen to perform, and he has finally nailed his portrayal perfectly.
Roger Moore-Moonraker
Shoot me if you want, but I thought it was a great movie, and great performance from Roger Moore, seeing it had such a fantasy settings.
George Lazemby-OHMSS
Timothy Dalton-LTK
Dark, Fleming-y Bond. His 2nd movie just kept going and going and really grabbed a hold of me, when his first Bond, being good too, felt tiresome at the end.
Pierce Brosnan-Goldeneye/Tomorrow Never Dies
Goldeneyes;old Bond, in a new era, trying to adjust to the current times/ old Bond having his groove back, in TND. Very laid back and relaxed.
Daniel Craig-Bond 22...eh, Casino Royale
Like Sean in Goldfinger, Craig really seemed to enjoy himself and just genuinely be "there". Acted with passion. (and I'm not trying to look like a "Craig is the new born Jesus" type of person, but seeing just one of his movie, I really thought that he really had a lot of passion in most of his scenes)

Lazenby - OHMSS -- and one of the best Bond films ever - and I genuinely like Lazenvy's swagger and confidence. He's vry under-rated by some.
Moore - TSWLM -- seems to be most people's fav. including Old Rog himself.
Dalton - LTK -- I really like TLD, but I love the brutal Bond in LTK and think Dalton is excellent.
Brosnan - GE -- it just seems to be his best film in terms of all the elements working and re-introducing Bond to the world.
Craig - CR - and in my top 3/4 Bond's films ever.

That's actually pretty sweet. Some tidbits I can't say I'm wild about, but great nonetheless.

From Russia With Love - It's a close one really, as Dr. No was also a fantastic Bond film. From Russia With Love sets the standard for me. In it, Bond is stylish, suave and suitably brutal. The scenes with Red Grant are undoubtedly some of the best in the series, and it is probably Connery's best performance as Bond.
George Lazenby
OHMSS - Had a hard time deliberating this one! Or not. But still, one of the best Bonds ever made. Smooth and stylish but also much deeper and emotional than usual. Lazenby barely puts a foot wrong, and it is (in my opinion) the biggest tragedy in Bond film history that Lazenby only did one film. Best part of the film? The PTS, naturally!
Roger Moore
Live And Let Die - This genuinely was a tough decision. For Your Eyes Only and A View To A Kill were close contenders for this one, but I feel I have to give it to Live And Let Die as I feel that not only does Moore evoke his own fresh sense of style and cool, it's also a brave step in a new direction for the Bond films which pays off with some great action sequences and an engaging storyline. My personal highlight is the boat chase, which has, in my opinion, yet to be topped.
Timothy Dalton
Licence To Kill - Not an easy choice between the two. Both were fantastic Bond films but Licence To Kill probably has the edge, purely for the sheer grittiness of Dalton's Bond and the storyline which matches it. The scene in which Felix is eaten by the shark is suitably disturbing and sinister, and one of the best scenes in the series. Robert Davi is one of the best Bond villains ever as Sanchez, and Benicio del Toro is also electric as Dario.
Pierce Brosnan
Goldeneye - My favourite Bond movie of all time. Stylish, cool, dark, action-packed, sexy, electrifying...so many words to describe this ultimate Bond movie. Pierce's best performance is undoubtedly in Goldeneye, as he seems to relax way too much in his other three films, and assume that by donning a tux and holding a gun automatically makes him a good Bond. Pierce really acts in this one, and engages with what is, in my opinion, one of the better scripts in the series. Of course one could criticise the loopholes in the plot like how close Bond is with Alec when we have never seen or heard from him before, and that maybe the Lienz Cossacks were drafted in from a forgotten corner of history, but at least the motivation for Alec's plan is a lot more deep-rooted than greed for money or a new world order.
Daniel Craig
Casino Royale - This film did more for Bond than any of the post-Moore movies ever did. It re-ignited the series, pulling it from the darkened room it had entered after Die Another Day. Surely there is no finer scene in the series than the free-running scene with Sebastian Foucan?! Craig's portrayal is flawless, as is the script. It's visually stunning and very well put together (one never feels the movie is dragging despite the runtime of about 140 minutes).
