I have been smitten with Miss Green ever since I first saw her in The Dreamers. It was when I heard that she was cast as the new Bond girl that I actually started looking forward to the new movie. And now that I've seen CR, not only do I think it's the best Bond movie ever, I think she's the best Bond girl ever.

I read in a couple of places that she's dating that Marton Csokas guy, her co-star from Kingdom of Heaven. He also played the bad guy in XXX and had that fight scene with Matt Damon in the house in Bourne Supremacy.

As for DaveBond21, why do you say she's playing herself in The Dreamers? Because her character is a young French woman? From what I hear that's about where the simularities end. That's like saying whenever Daniel Craig plays a British guy he's basically playing himself. In real life Green is very shy (so I'm told) and her character in The Dreamers is not. She also plays very different people in Kingdom of Heaven (Director's Cut) and of course Casino Royale.

Kingdom of Heaven is highly recommended. One of the most underrated movies of 2005. I liked not just because Eva Green is in it but because it's a great movie. But make sure you check out the director's cut, not the theatrical version. Eva's role is much larger in the director's cut.

Couldn't agree more. Describing someone like her as "hot" or as a "hottie" is very disrespectful. I mean, you call someone like Jessica Alba "hot," but imo Eva is in an entirely different league of beauty.

I agree with many of the posters here that Eva is a classic beauty. I would not decribe her as a "hottie"...that term is best used by 16 year old boys to describe the like of Lindsay Lohan.

Eva looks like a classic 1940's movie starlet.

While I agree with you, it also explains why, especially in the Venice scenes, her hair somehow looked "too dark" to me. Now that I think about it, her facial coloring does seem better-suited for a blonde. But, of course, she's also quite striking as a brunette.

I also cannot picture her as a blonde. Her hair was brown in The Dreamers and it looked like her natural color, as opposed to the darker black hair in Casino Royale. But yeah, I'm very surprised to hear she's a natural blonde.

The only thing that doesn't quite fit with Green being a natural blonde is how dark her eyebrows are. If they've been tinted black to match her hair, then it's quite a convincing tint job. Eyebrow pencil, alone, wouldn't cut it.
