The look on Bond, when the terrorist prepares to explode the bomb, and the final smirk on his face

That was one of my favourites too. I enjoyed the whole chase through the airport. Glad you enjoyed it.

I've been to see it twice now and am seriously considering going again. Not sure I can wait till the DVD. I really hope this DVD is packed with loads of extras. It would be pretty cool to see a DC video diary in it. And I can't wait to listen to the commentary.

I agree with everything everyone's said. But here are a some things I don't think has been mentioned yet:

During the spectacular foot chase, the moment when Bond leaps up on to a girder then smacks his face against it... funny but ouchy moment that brings a clumsy realism to the action scene.

Bond's expression after preventing the gas refueling truck from crashing in to the plane. A mixture of heavy breathing and "holy @#$! I stopped this!!"

Ordering Vesper to tell Mathis that he needs to clean up the two bodies at the bottom of the stairwell...

... and right after that: the brilliant moment featuring Craig all battered and bloodied, trying to clean himself up and dull his pain with scotch.

Bond's "all business" response to the two female tennis players checking him out when he arrives at the beach club.

Le Chiffre's "You take care of yourself. You look fit."

my favorite scenes are when the terrorist detonates the bomb and finds out its on him and the smerk on bonds face,the PTS is a good one, the torture scene, the embassy, the part when bond gets poisned. there are many more but these are the best in my opinion.
