Both credit sequences feature Bond in silhouette.

Both feature Swiss bankers.

Both Bonds get bloodied in a fight.

Both feature a girl on a horse.

Both feature an gambling scene with an unpleasant man who's not the heavy.

Hmmm...can't think of any more at the moment...!

In the love scene that follows the shots of it raining in CR- the score contains elements of Louis Armstrong's "We Have All the Time in the World" from OHMSS. Excellent allusion on the part of the filmmakers, IMHO.
