Right now I'm watching James Bond 007 Live and Let Die from 1973.

using VLC and the quality is HDTV. My old computer is able to play this movie although it's 5 years old this autumn.

I am really in the mood for The Living Daylights at the moment, especially the car chase, cello skiing and the Vienna funfair scenes.

Boring eh?

Well you're right, but it still cant be as boring as Octopussy. At least TMWTGG has true comedy in it.

I watched YOLT a few hours ago. I know it receives heavy criticism from people on here, but I hadn't seen it for a lengthy period of time and enjoyed myself immensely.

That is good to hear, sharpshooter. It is sometimes good to give some of the movies a "break" and then revisit them. Often, it leads to a pleasant surprise. YOLT is a middle of the road Bond movie in my list but I sometimes like to go back and watch it and there are some memorable moments. We should also remember that cinema audiences had never seen things like Little Nellie or a hollowed-out volcano lair in those days.
