I think tagging this as a spoiler may be waving people away from something they will really enjoy

Good point.

What does Craig say at the begining. "It's a bit of a ____ to tell you the truth." Can't seem to pick up that one word. Thanks.

"whirl" i think.

looks great though, nice to see longer clips and more dialogue, which is less clunky than before.

My thoughts exactly, I'd thought of it is 'shiffer', rather than 'shifre'

Oh well, Judi pronounces it well.. If she gets it right

I thought it was "shiffer", too. The real way it's pronounced seems kind of wierd, does anyone else agree?

I cant wait for this movie to hit theaters. I'm not procraig but i'm not anticraig, any actor deserves a shot eventhough i think there couldve been better candidates. from all these clips casino royale is lookin good!

I actually thought it was pronounced the way judi dench said it.

As long as the cheesy keyboard soundtrack doesn't make it into the final movie, it's all looking good!

Why is this being called a spoiler? Sure, it shows story elements, but nothing that isn't shown in the trailer or wasn't on TV during the marketing blizt last month? I don't think anything that's released as official promotional material should be considered a "spoiler" really.

It features shots of M in bed, I'm not sure that people want to know that in the next shot Bond climbs into bed with her and...oh dear, I've said too much.

Damn, Bond has all the fun.

I watched the video again, and you know...Craig looks like he's having a great time. The way he seems almost "giddy" as he's talking about what the job intails, it looks like he's geniunely enjoying himself, and I hope that rubs off in his performance (I imagine it will).

Awesome stuff, my only concern right now is the music... David Arnold's work in TND was fine, but his work in the last two films left a lot to be desired.

Great, great stuff in that clip though - Craig looks like he's having a blast.

I had trouble with the "Whirl" wordism as well. Which brings me to my question. Do you think DC would be hard to understand at times do to his apparent deep english brogue?

But I'm asking your opinion on his accent and articulation. IMO, the articulation in Monty Python worked to it's humorous advantage!

Well, we only have two line readings from the film in the trailer. So it's hard to judge on how his lines will come out in the finale film.

I did understand him fine in Tomb Raider

And he may have been one of the more coherent characters in Layer Cake!

There was a scene in that film which takes place in a motel room that, to this day, I still have no idea what was said.

I think we can't here him well because of the mic or whatever's recording his voice. He is a pretty quiet guy in anycase and I doubt we will have any problems understanding him come November.

And I thought I was the only one. What a relief.

But yes, I think EyesOnly may be on to a legitimate concern. Despite a great voice, and relative coherence, some of us (maybe just Americans) may have a hard time understanding some of Craig's dialogue, especially compared to the quasi-American Brosnan.

Then again, The Living Daylights had a few "WTF?" moments of Dalton dialogue, and he and TLD are still favorites of mine, so it may not be that big a deal.

By no means am I bashing Craig. I'll state just in case, i'm a huge fan of DC, real glad he's Bond..blah blah blah, etc. ...But, somtimes it seems he has two fingers jammed up his nostril's. Perhaps, like Publius stated, maybe only a few Americans would have trouble understanding him (After all, I guess we don't understand certain words in the english language  . Only a few times in Layer Cake did I have some trouble hearing his dialogue! So, I'll say no more!
