Could be they want the trailer done now so it can run in front of MI3?

I read that the new Superman Returns trailer will be debuting with MI3, so I doubt the CR trailer will appear then and have to share its big debut weekend with another big trailer. The Da Vinci Code makes more sense since it's opening worldwide on May 19, the trailer can play worldwide too.
But, seeing as the trailer apparently already exists and has been seen, I wouldn't be surprised to see it surface on the web this week. But like you zencat, I can wait for the English language version!

teaser trailer revealed???

why putting a question mark at the end? it's not a rumor, the teaser trailer was indeed revealed.. it's not because it was in France that it's a lie.... If I wanted to get attention, i would pretend to be an insider, or at least someone who knows someone involved in the movie.. but I'm not... I'm just a guy who's seen a teaser on TV and i'm pretty sure you'll see it soon too...

I'll just play it without sound. Why can't you french people just use subtitles, like the rest of the world?

most don't like subtitles... i prefer watching movies with subtitles but i have to admit sometimes it's exhausting for the eyes and i fall asleep during the movie... well you can always say french are dumb because they dub your american movies, but at least we see your movies... we dub them, but we don't remake them... which is the opposite of what USA do

I just saw the teaser and thought "mmm it look nice, different from what has been done before.. it's nice... let's see what they say about it on Superherohype.." and checking on SHH i was amazed to see that nobody had seen it, so i understood that the FRENCH PEOPLE had been choosen by GOD to teach the world how good the trailer look

Goes along with my theory that EON is leaking stuff online (script, teaster poster, now teaser trailer) to rally interest for the film. I have to say, it's a nice ploy, and apparently it's working. Kudos EON

LOL yeah I know what you mean...you won't hear any of the trailer dialogue because ET will be telling us helpful facts like "Daniel Craig is the first blond Bond!" or "James Bond was created by British author Ivan Flaming!" I do confess to watching ET and Access Hollywood quite a bit, usually its good background rubbish to have on at dinnertime, so I will keep an eye out

The Casino Royale teaser only appears to the pure of heart...
If you didn't see it, then you'll end to HELL!!! but don't worry...there are movie theater in Hell, but only one movie... Mission Impossible 2 and you'll be forced to watch it again and again and again!!!!!..bah, you should like it, it's some kind of James Bond movie...

Not at all, that's the weirdest part. They only announced a report about Casino Royale at the beginning of the program, and I thought they were gonna show us the same scenes we've already seen hundred times. And all of the sudden, at the end of the program, they show the full trailer! No word about it being "exclusive" or something... That's why, at first, I didn't pay as much attention as I should have: I didn't expect something like that.

I get this feeling that Sony didn't mean for this to be released so early. I mean if they wanted to show off the poster, they would have done so on the official website and for sure not at that size. And this teaser trailer, why France? There's no reason there unless they showed it off early when they weren't supposed to. No doubt they get these things early.
