Yes, so far. Thing is, I love UNCLE, and I would hate to buy these sets, and then in two years time get them on HD because they look better. So no movie version of the pilot in color ? That's too bad, I love the scene where Solo stick is gun into Lucianna Paluzzi thights, and the shivering she makes !
Apparently, 5 versions of the pilot exist - the aired black and white pilot, the movie version, To Trap a Spy, a color version struck from the color footage with a 2nd season open tacked on and the close credits in sepia tone, the black and white SOLO pilot and a longer color SOLO pilot. I do wish those were included in seamless branching (just like the blade runner box set) or whatever.
The ones I've seen:
-- "Solo" color version. Never shown until the past few years. Lasts a little over an hour (excluding commercials).
-- "Solo" black and white, probably about 50 minutes, plus a 5-minute presentation by Robert Vaughn, describing what the series would be like. RV says Illya is "an interesting young man" and "you'll see more of him." Also, during this segment, RV for the first time says the character's full name is Napoleon Solo. The first name is never mentioned in the show itself.
In both of the above, the credits are presented in a sans serif typeface. No act titles.
-- The Man From U.N.C.L.E., "The Vulcan Affair." First episode shown on U.S. television on Sept. 22, 1964. Black and white. Credits are presented with a serif type face (blocks on the top and bottom of the letters, same typeface as used on "Have Gun--Will Travel," which I personally feel isn't coincidence. Each Act has a title. Commercial break in between Acts II and III is different than the "Solo" version of the pilot.
-- theatrical movie, "To Trap a Spy," includes footage with Luciana Paluzzi not seen in any of the pilots above. Also presented with a sans serif typeface, but different than the first two.
