No, it's not important to judge who is the most/least attractive as "true fans". And how a person looks is really not that important in this world, regardless of what Hollywood would like to make everyone think.

Daniel Craig has come really high in 2 recent women's polls for sexy men and he came second in a GMTV hunkiest Bond poll.

There are always some women who disslike a man, my mother says Pierce Brosnan is, quote, "slimey and unattractive", she thinks Tim Dalton and Sean Connery were the most handsome Bonds. But there is a wide consensus that Daniel Craig is a hunk whether you agree or not and I believe this thread was started with the intention of stirring arguments - so let me just state that before any break out.

Excluding the obvious parodies, there's never really been an UGLY Bond. Lazenby did have a rather large, meaty face. Not really my type. And we all know that Brosnan, for better or worse, was the fairest of them all.

Exactly, it's a deliberate attempt to start an argument over Daniel Craig's looks, if it wasn't it wouldn't be in this thread which is all about Daniel Craig and Casino Royale - but I actually know a number of women who think he's "hot".

1. Pierce Brosnan - Pretty, like a male model.
2. Timothy Dalton - Very striking, in a cruel way. The sharpest-looking Bond.
3. Roger Moore - Very handsome and youthful.
4. Sean Connery - Masculine and rugged.
5. Daniel Craig - Not pretty, but ruggedly handsome.
6. George Lazenby - Not ugly, but somewhat goofy.

Though I'm a straight male, if I were to go gay I think either Dalton or Craig would be my type, followed not too far by Brosnan. I think I'd feel neutrel towards Connery, Lazenby and Moore...this is a weird topic.

I agree. David Niven was, for Ian Fleming, a possible James Bond.

Most conventionally handsome Bond IMO was Pierce Brosnan.Least conventionally handsome would have to be Daniel Craig.

What hell of convention? From a Brosnan fan forum? No, no, no. However, in his time, Sean Connery was far from hansome then Brosnan, more man for women.

That said, I couldn't care less. Now if we're asking about which Bond girl is the sexiest, well that's a topic I could get into.

If you're asking whom women would want to shag the most, it would probably be Connery, followed by Craig, then Moore, then Lazenby, and finally Dalton. One woman I knew described Dalton as "creepy."

Sorry to try and change the topic, I just thought it would sort of jazz it up a bit.

But to add some worthwhile input; on the whole, I would have to say that Connery was and always will be the handsomest Bond... At least until he dies (God rest his good soul then) because no way would a decomposed corpse beat out Moore for looks -- but Craig, I'm not sure.



Just for the record, I strongly support Craig -- certainly going to give one hell of a performance -- just a harmless bit of joking around. Please don't start pelting your shoes.
