Haven't read the whole thread so I don't know if someone has suggested this yet.
What if the film begins with a gunbarrel like On Her Majesty's Secret Service where the dots stoped halfway across the screen to say "Albert R. Broccoli and Harry Saltzmen Presents" and then continued as normal.
What if Casino Royale's started with the dots and halfway they stop to say "Albert R. Broccoli's EON Production Presents" the dot expands and we see the black and white sequence where Bond gets his first two kills. The scene disolves back to the dot in the center of the screen and the gunbarrel continues as normal with the red blood being the first color on screen.

I think the Black & White PTS is a very good idea. As has been already mentioned, it details his first 2 kills, and Bond gets his DOUBLE-0 rating. Great. This could also mean that because this history is cleared, there won't be any painful "Your first mission" speeches. He'll just get on with it.
With regards to the possible Scuba sequence(s) in Act 1. About bloody time. Bond enjoys his watersports, it's about time we saw him get wet again. I'd like to see more of this in future instalments, but not in every film.
Handheld cameras (Steadycams), ok, but I don't think it should get too 24.

I wonder if the gunbarrel sequence starts the PTS in B/W with Craig NOT in a tux. A standard suit or even the navy polo and trousers like from the scenes with M in the Bahamas.

I was just kidding. It will be a suit but not a tux I'll bet. That's cool with me.

What a silly reason to walk out of a film.
