Indian actor gulshan grover confirmed as the villian.Recently, talking to an indian tv channel gulshan grover confirmed that he is the baddie in casino royale. Further he also said that there will be two main bad guys, one will be him.
Well if a one-time poster with no link to a credible source says its true, then I'll believe it!

They'd be willing to go so low and try to publicise their stars.
Really despicable.

This is a hilarious, though annoyingly formatted, article by Gulshan Grover on the Bond villains, ending with him tipping himself for the role. Sounds like he's just a Bond fan - though a marvellously ill-informed one, considering his favourite film is NSNA and yet he thinks Largo was played by Von Sydow (and was a woman!) - and that he desperately wants to have this part, going to the lengths of writing very poor articles posing as a Bond expert and having photos of himself taken in tuxedos with Miranda Frost lookalikes (or cardboard cutouts).
Quite bizarre stuff.
Fantastic, that

Great find. Rarely have I read such a pile of humbug on that topic.

I have a feeling that the thread starter is Mr. Grover himself

Could as well be MooMoo...

These are just silly rumours for now.
EON/Sony would have done an official press release if this were the case.
After all, who are you to say on these boards that he's confirmed.
What's your proof?
medrecess, we get these dubious 'announcements' most of the time so please pardon us for being sceptical at this.
If you have proof, you can present it to our moderators.

I think he'd make a great Bond villain, on the basis of this article. Cod-intellectualism, clear signs of megalomania and he'd be sure to tell Bond all about his elaborate plot in excruciating detail before changing sex and breaking the emotional code.
Grover for a Bond villain that will give us a chill in the spin!
LOL. And that made my day. Well done. The last line in particular is perfect. It should be on every bus in the country!

He confirmed this to a tv channel.this channel is called zoom tv.so maybe you should ask him about it rather than asking me .and why dont you do the casting yourself since you claim to know everything
Look at it this way, if he is actually the villian, you can rub it in all our faces. Until then, it's no more certain than Ewan Stewart.
