Named after your father, no doubt.

From Never Say Never Again:

(Bond stands at a waterside bar, drink in hand, watching Fatima Blush as she water-ski's. Accidentally on purpose, Fatima ski's up the jetty ramp careening into Bond, who catches her in his arms)

Fatima Blush: How reckless of me. I made you all wet.

Bond: Yes, but my martini's still dry.

Favo quote from Thunderball.

Miss Moneypenny: James, how else will you recognize her?
James Bond: Can't miss. She has a mole on her left thigh.

&

James Bond: I hope we didn't scare the fish.

Not really Bond related....but still very funny. Yes, it's old man Hammond impersonating Sir Sean...

Sean Connery: Well, the game is afoot. I'll take anal bum cover for 7,000.

Alex Trebek: That's An album cover, not anal bum cover.

Sean Connery: I can read, Trebek. That says Anal bum cover. I've spent five years of my life trying to invent an anal bum cover, failing to do so is my greatest regret.

Alex Trebek: You have lead a horrifying life.

Trebek: "And...I can't believe they're doing this to me...Famous Mothers."

Connery: "MUA HA HA HA! MY DAY HAS COME, TREBEK!"

I remembered another good one from DAF. It's right when he emerges from the tubes in the construction site, still in his tuxedo from the night before.

"Thank you gentlemen, I was out walking my pet rat and seemed to have lost my way!"

And then he just leaves like nothing happened. Priceless.

Speaking of great Connery Bond quotes and rats, here's a few more from DAF :

Bond's encounter with a rat inside the underground pipeline :

"One of us smells like a tart's handkerchief."

[ Looking at the rat grooming, Bond then checks himself and realizes that ... ]

"I'm afraid it's me. Sorry about that, old boy."

Bond confronting Mr. Wint on the ship at the end of the film :

"And I've smelled that after shave before and both times I've smelled a rat."

Yet another from Diamonds Are Forever:

"I'm afraid you've caught me with more than my hands up..."

Some more from Celebrity Jeopardy

Trebek: "The sound that a dog makes."
Connery: "Moo."
Trebek: "Incorrect"
Connery: "Well, that's the sound your mother made last night."

This is my all time favorite one too.

It actually was a very original one liner. There was no other one like it before (killing someone, then saying a double entendre that's related with the killing). It's just that it was so good that they started copying it in subsequent films until it became a cliche.
Arnold Szchwarzenneger copied it to death with his action films.

Of course the timing of it made it look & sound a lot funnier in Diamonds Are Forever

Just about every line when Bond impersonates "Hergashimer" (DAF) cracks me up

(As you can see, I can't actually spell the name)

Especially the part where Bond (Hergashimer) points to the safety shield, saying that he "feels much safer with this on!" Hysterical!

This is my favorite connery line and it comes when Dr No suggests that there might be a place for Bond in SPECTRE.

What are some of you're favorite lines?

I love it. Have had some puzzled looks when I've tried to use it myself though.

I also really like the one below...

"Are you looking for shells?" "No, I'm just looking..." from Dr No

One of the classic lines in the series and delivered brilliantly by Connery. It's probably my favorite line of Connery's tenure in the role, although there have been quite a few other classic ones mentioned in this thread.
