I thought Connery stood like a ThunderBirds puppet in that video, when you see his arms by his sides. Just looked a little wierd.
You can see this in the shot from behind Desmond before he walks away.

The DB5 should be right-hand drive. It was bad enough the Vanquish was left-hand drive in EoN, but this is just wrong. Let the US player go to the wrong door and look like an idiot a couple of time. They

Well it was written by Bruce Feirstein so it should be pretty good.
Did Feirstein write this adaptation? I thought he was signed on to write an original featuring Pierce...did he end up doing this one instead?
An original featuring Pierce? I don't know anything about that, except that he wrote the story and screenplay for Tomorrow Never Dies.
Feirstein adapted this one and wrote Everything or Nothing.

Yes, I thought that he was brought on board to write a new one for Pierce, yet when his candidacy for Casino Royale went into jeopardy, the idea to do FRWL came up.

i am truly amazed and astounded by the likeness of the two bonds.
the devs really deserve a great many applause for the creation of a very connery-esque bond for the tv. i mean, it was almost natural, the mannerisms of the game bond to the film bond seen in those in-game vids and at one point i forgot i was watching a game video. of course that mind set was quickly squelched at the first glimpse of q's face. to see the amazing similarities present with connerys's face and then to finally witness the distorted, slightly mexican visage that is the youthful desmond llewellyn's, i must say i am either confused or disappointed. i dont know.
anyways, all is completely turned around when i find the sound-alike has an uncanny resemblance to the sarcastic q of old but connery's aged overly-scottish/welsh accent dubbed over the young, eloquent lips of young computerized bond.
oh well-i will still admit to a rush of nastalgic chills following the gadget vid

Feirstein was signed to write an original but it was shelved when the whole Pierce thing fell apart. He then contributed to FRWL which, I presume, must have already been in development.
